how come whenever i post up a new topic, it will appear, but after a while.. it disappears! i didn't receive any warning or whatsoever, somehow my topic just.. doesn't exist. i try going back to my page to locate my own topic, but it isn't there as well.

I wanted to post this up, because apparently, im not the only one to have gone through this.

I saw an ad in the paper (last year actually), and I thought of giving it a try, I thought I'd be involved in the management team (which means doing basic management tasks). When I went for an interview, I specified VERY clearly that I was not interested at all to do sales, and if it were sales, i don't wish to continue the interview. But the manager kept side tracking and talking about the opportunities of working for them, and a lot of other things. I didn't want to seem fussy, and besides, I didn't have anything to do for the moment, so I agreed. In my first week of work, I had an 'on job' training, meaning I went outdoors. To do what?

To do SALES.

Yes, so basically they're looking for salespersons, and whatever they said about getting into the management teams, being part of the management, are not lies, but a bunch of bullshit. Because you don't do sales for one year and get promoted to manager. You don't even get to the management team anytime soon! You have to go through a lot of things before you even GET into the management team. The whole point is that, they were emphasizing SO MUCH on how you can make it big at your own time, its a good experience, blablablaba.

So whatever they have told me, is a bunch of BULLsh*t. For the record, im not saying that this is a scam.

But I would like to tell everyone, that this is what we call RECRUITING SALESPERSONS.

Not event management trainee or whatever that is written in the ad.
