SUBMISSION OF CP39

Summoning all Majikans. Have you guys recently received news saying that LHDN no longer receiving manual CP39 forms in their counter starting March 2019 onwards? this comes from LHDN Cawagan Duta branch.. Was trying hard to verify the info from them but their telephone seems like unreachable!

Usually we submit manual CP39 forms accompanied with cheques and they shall produce receipt after payments are done..

Now they force us to submit CP39 MTD contribution either using their website e-PCB https://ekls.hasil.gov.my/ or another system known as e-CP39 https://ecp39.hasil.gov.my/

However various problems encountered while using e-PCB such as calculation of tax amount is different compared to tax amount calculated from payroll system (government regulated payroll system), therefore the total amount varies

Then i try using e-CP39 to generate PCB. This system is much easier to use, sort of like KWSP's i-akaun Majikan system, can key in the exact tax amount generated by our payroll system. however the system does not store memory.. meaning once u complete the process and close it, the data u key is no longer there..

Thing is after generate the MTD contribution, the system will produce Slip Pengesahan and Borang CP39 in order for us to print out and later make payment in LHDN counter.

If LHDN Cawangan Duta not gonna receive such method, how are we gonna pay PCB?

Feel like they keep giving us majikans trouble even if we wanna fulfill the citizen responsibility.

Pls share your current experience in MTD contribution for PCB this month.. thanks!

My team is all FEMALES.. im the only guy in the team... and yes, my boss is also FEMALE..

sometimes they always gossiping around talking bad on others.. I feel so uncomfortable why they like to keep talking bad behind ppl... why cant they diam diam and just work..

I believe they do keep talking bad things behind me too I can sense that... I seldom join them gossiping around coz its annoying la talking bad on ppl...

Hi /k/, any effective way to submit aduan on Immigration Department??? I find an officer treating the clients like criminals like that... asyik marah marah je... how can this be like that???

sometimes these ATM users tend to forget to take the slip and leave... some even let the slip stuck on the ATM there then MIA... like that also can
