Unifi Xiaomi AX3000

i bought a pair of Xiaomi AX3000 mesh devices. Currently, it joined my Unifi Home network with 1 device connected (wired) to the TP-Link Archer C1200 router provided by TM. I would like to seek help from the gurus on the following queries:-
(1) Can I replace the TP-Link with a Xiaomi AX3000? If so, how involved or how to go about configuring it to function as normal, especially with Unifi TV.?
(2) Should option 1 be too complicated, can I or should I rename the Xiaomi mesh SSID to be identical to the TP-Link SSID?

I am planning to relocate from JB to live in Klang Valley. Stumbled upon Amverton Park listings. The bungalow designs look appealing. At between $2m to $3m, they looked attractive with the space it offers and the golf club next door. As the RM involved is substantial, would like to seek advice from Sifus here if it is value for money or are there better alternatives in Kota Kemuning. Tq.

UnifiTV

My Malaysian Samsung smart TV came installed with UnifiTV. I can stream UnifiTV programs through the Internet directly without the set-top box.

I have just brought in my S'pore Samsung smart TV. I want to stream UnifiTV on this TV as I do in my Malaysian Samsung smart TV. Because it was sold in S'pore, it came installed with Toggle, but not UnifiTV apps. Therefore, I was not able to do so. I tried to search, but couldn't find UnifiTV apps from the Samsung store in this TV.

Any help on how to enable Internet stream UnifiTV on S'pore Samsung smart TV will be greatly appreciated.
