Any good and affordable hospital

To cut the story short.
My father 78 (no medic card), 9 april felt not well, i send him to Serdang hospital ..after that..he fell in sick..& hard to breath.
I send him to Putra Jaya Hospital at 11 april...then doctoc suspect it BT (Encephalitis). Emergency & put him in ICU.
after all the test & xray ..the result is out after a week, they said not BT, is the lung infected with bacteria.
They put it to sleep & inject the drug to kill the bacteric.

A week later, the bacteria is gone but the lung is very week still need the help of ventilation machine.
early of the May, the doctor said, maybe another issue or organ problem cause & need to do CT scan.

every time ask the doctor, they said the lung is week & unable to breath without the machine. felt like nothing can do.
my father is awake but look surfer. we sibling alternative take leave to go to hospital.
So after a discussion with my family, planing to send to other hospital...eg; Hospital UM.
but the problem is the medical fee.

He now still in ICU.

any reliable & affordable hospital to recommend.

Question about income tax

hi k,
wanna know about income tax.
last time salary is below income tax range.
so no need to care.

then, last year, annual salary + bonus is excessive the range so need to paid the income tax lah.
but regard the tax, all the stuff is done by my company accountant lah.

this year early, i jump ship to new company, salary is improved & eligible as tax payer lah.
now is already Near the end of the year, so here is the question.

1) Income tax is done by the company rite..just like my ex-company.
2) if the tax is done by the company, so, i dont need to report by myself lah??

3) if the tax is not done by the company, & need my self to do. so where should i go & report??
4) If i open a food stall in future, i need to submit / report the tax by myself, & where should i go to report?
5) income low or high also need to report?? & where to report?
