Packet loss on streamyx 8mbps

Like the said topic, currently suffering a serious packet loss problem with streamyx 8mbps. The strange thing is the ping, dl speed, ul speed seems normal. Already called technician to inspect the problem, but they also couldn't find any problem, which is kinda shocking.

Had tried changing rj connector wire (the ones that connected from house port to router), changing the router itself, changed the ethernet cable, but the problem still persist.

Also tried ping plotter, but I'm not to familiar and understand about it, so might missed some things. Tried google.com, google dns, apex server (singapore), router. Haven't tried the tmnet server yet tho. Some packet loss seems to happen, but not frequently for it to cause even discord to stutter badly imo. Also apex showed that the packet loss is 40%-60%, but with low ping, 50-80ish. Also tried vpn if it could fix the problem, this time apex showed an insane amount of ping (beyond 1000) but with 0 packet loss.

Thinking of rewiring my house telephone cable as last resort, but I dun even know if it will actually fix the problem. Kinda want to avoid meaningless fix.

Would be very happy if someone could assist me in fixing this weird and frustrating problem. Thanks in advance.
