Year End Massive Discount?Buy or Wait?(Dec Month)

Year End money going to be masuk sooooon. Is time to have a new ride.
As per plan, heading to each brand of car to test drive for experience goods.
some question:
1. Will most of the brand out there will buang harga?
2. Going to be a leap year, current stock will discount kao kao base on the manufacture year?
3. If Booking/collect/register/purchase car on 31 Dec, the car can be stick on next year 1st Jan year?
4. how much discount can be give (estimate/percentage) compare to year end promo/CNY Promo (Since both of the festive quite close).
5. New Stock car, agent told that oready keep in yard up to 9 month. the car still be good?

Pulling to Right when Hit the brake!

Dear All, Not sure if this is the general issue that facing by all the vehicle with ABS.
i been facing this issue especially on high way High speed that will pulling slightly to right hand side when hit the brake.
Condition under straight road (flat good tar road), raining time, good tire, perfect balancing and alignment with 80kmh above.
***Dry road got no issue at all. previous with vios, camry, hilux etc did not have such problem.
Been sent to SC for two round but unable to detect any issue at all. asked my fren who drove the harrier 2016, got such issue as well......
Seek for advise from the floor.

Nanny or Maid?

i got two kids, every morning need to send to nanny for day time sitting then after work baru bring back home. it Cost us MYR900 per head (Both MYR1800), basic stuff included ofcos not include napkin pampes, susu, medication if any and OT.

Feel that better hiring a maid than nanny.

Concern from my wife:
1. Nowadays maid all crazy one. kids always in risk of security etc etc. (Me: nanny there also got maid mar.....don you feel the risk as well?)
2. i know how to calculate, nanny is better. education also better. money i paid one. i decide. (me: Haiz...one maid around monthly 1k~1.3k~ "Indon", some more can do all housework (Alot more)....money you paid can be justify mer? education lagi funny, the nanny oready 55 years old, no study before one.....)
3. Later cabut lagi pening. (me: Aiya, so negative thinking....all the maid will cabut one mer? all so bad one mer? treat them well like part of family la...)
4. (me: why not i paid for the maid, you send over the kids and maid to your mother house? can do housework and can take care your mama as well.) she said: my mom dowan.
5. always complaint do this do that housework very tiring. (Me: get a maid can only focus on education and hav SOME peace of mind......not good mer?)
6. my car send in to workshop, need a few day to fix (One year at least two time:Atos). (me: ask to change car you dowan, but can spend money with some additional stuff. buy this buy that.....so your life and our baby not important iszzit? )

***we stay Kajang, nanny stay Puchong which is next to mother in law house. Every morning she need to send over to Puchong from Kajang. Me work in Bangi. haiz....if she go business trip, i need to send my kids from Kajang to Puchong than go to work in Bangi. after work need to go pick up from Bangi to puchong than kajang home. my time and petrol just burn like that. Jam la....toll la.....haiz......gone.
***i feel so "stupid" that i can't communicate well with her on this.
***and i feel that im so small......so poor.....canot effort to giv better life to my family....haiz......

Well, recently ahJib gor announced during the 2018 Meleisie budget conference on the "maid" can be get direct without agent to proceed further on hiring (Basically direct DYO-Registration) with selected country. Could see that it cheaper. can anyone here got lobang on hiring "maid" with this method? i need to calculate out the variance to fight back a better life. please advise dear lowyet taikor taijie~~

Toyota Celica (Fried Rice Topic)

Well, been looking into all sort of cheap "sport" car around. Finally i choose this Celica as my goal after a long search.
Belum beli ofcos, but to understand more further like the potential tech that can be fix on this ride.

Previous topic been open for this as well but most of it oready few years back. (Sound like the celica group not that hot anymore. )
Few Question here to play around as beginning:

1. Malaysia got Celica GTS (i mean above year 2000 model.)?
2. Do anyone of you got experience in converting the 4 speed automatic before? any possibility of changing to latest 6 speed automatic tech from toyota current ride?
3. most of it in malaysia model selling in the website top speed is 180, do anyone tune or upgrade to europe or western country that having 260 top speed?

Me graduated since 2000, got the same thought of "WHERE did all these fellow goes after graduate.....??????".
I went to my sis convo yesterday, it like more then 1500 square head there. damn. worry for them.
Im just base on my stupid assumption with a simple equation. Total of 69 uni, every year per Uni just make a round minimum of 100 pax graduate that equal to 6900 pax per year. Do the market really got such empty vacancy to fulfill?
Best job in the world is Student, and Yeah!!!Finally Jobless.
We are big and more....and more and more to come.....may the force with you.

Second Hand Stylo Car below 15k

Dear Brather and Sistar,

Any suggestion for second hand car that can bring stylo with very low maintenance needs?
Having some itchy butt that need for a hobby as well as daily drive due to my Innova is more to family ride that don bring me the "kick" especially on stylo and speed. Budget below 15k.

Previously i owned Camry 2002, Vios 2011, Hilux 2014, and Now Innova 2017.
Looked around like: MB Masterpiece, Civic, Jimmy, Rav4, etc etc.

*Financially healthy. Don advise me for invest. Having some oready in rolling. Just simple as Hobby and daily ride to full fill my excitement and soul food.

Reply: Dear uncle George, complicated human make my life so struggle.

I Stay in a lovely low density apartment, 5 floor per block. 2 unit per floor and i stay in the 3rd floor. Restricted Foreigner rental. More to Family neighborhood. In Malaysia - Puchong.
For the first 5 years is like a heaven for me, no kacau, bird sing in the morning, walk out with neighbor greeting. good management etc.

Started LAST year, things become worst. New second owner with family moved in. Husband and wife with two kids, should be study form 3 and Uni.
Most of the time i don see their father around, Suspect is mistress or having a far distance working location.

Straight to the point, first month they move in. every day after 8pm they start to knocking some stuff. Suspect they chopping some vege, or crushed dried chillies using the traditional way of stone crusher. "tong tong tong tong tong tong.......tok tok tok tok tok......." (If you watch the Mark Angel African comedy, one of the episode that Angel ask his uncle to teach her to write and essay with using repeating words. And i wish i can just copy paste the same to make you all feel the way im feeling with the neigboo noise. ting ting ting tong tong tok tok........X1000.) Well, it everyday. not one or two day. it everyday. Can be understand that maybe we are living in a poor environment which is most of the time after work go back masak will be around that timing. understood. But what why the process of tingtongtuking keep dragging till an hour or two? cook for a village or what? don you have a electric blender? im kind enough, just ignore since living with pressure especially after work to serve the family.

Second month onward, damn......in one of the weekend Saturday. Holy morning tot that can rest without disturb. mana tau upstairs keep tingtingtongtongtuktuk again. much more power this round with all the chair moving. and i know.....it time.....my fire is up. straight away walk up and knock the door. boomb! they open, with a few more people here. i asked why with this noise?! and we start a quick argument. the best part of it she (the owner wife) through me a very nice sentence....."I GOT PAID MAINTENANCE FEE OK!".......the moment i heard this.....i knew this is not armature. or use to stay in landed house or jungle etc like their maintenance fee covered their disturbing cost.

Well, in the first place, i should ask them reduce down the knocking activity that impacted the floor instead of asked them to stop disturbing. i believe that even with loud crowded talk or sing or even blasting music also wont impact to my house. the only part is any of the activity that get impacted to the floor directly to my ceiling. tats the worst. i straight away walk off cos i knew that they are not that Torrance or caring type of people. for the month it self, any noise that impacted again i direct go to the guard house and screw them up. Asked them to do their job.

i believe that some of you who stay in leveling house will have this kind of issue like kids playing basket ball etc etc. the feeling is like someone keep knocking your head indirectly.

Worst come later, even at night after 11pm.....even midnight......goshh!!!! i just ignore. because i knew im going to move by end of this year to my new place.
well, best of it is.......the got even having pets! it a lovely stupid tiny DOG! barking around. the WORST part of it is the peepee or poopoo smell come from my balcony every-time when it rain or got washing going on.........damn. i nvr step out to my balcony ever. unless my maid who i asked to clean it for dusty reason. no point to argue with this family. no point at all.

Till last week, mid night as well.......was sleeping sweet like a pig due to tooo tired. my wife suddenly jump off from the bed and walk up! i was like.....omg! they make some noice again....someone playing the goli. like a pingpong. tik tik tik....tik tik tik.......tik tik tik........ofcos i fast fast follow la. when she knock the door....they open again.....my wife nicely ask......they said that they watching football match......noone doing anything. then straight away i ask my wife to balik. bullshit.......really wasting our time. Well, my son only 1 year old. easy to get awake with all this nonsense. and my wife is pregnant as well. damn tension.

Most of the time the owner wife is the one giving nonsense. park at the car park like handicap.....etc etc.....haiz.......behtahan oready.....the owner wife look like an OL...i mean OW. should be a harmony person.......but just....WHY???

i just wan to survive till end of this year......can someone teach me how to gao dim this family?
