Roaming activation - already out of country

Hi all, is there any way to activate hotlink roaming if already out of country (MY)? thanks!

Hotlink - Cannot receive calls while in 4G/LTE

For some reason just today, my mobile cannot receive any incoming calls when in 4G/LTE (but can do outgoing calls, can send/receive sms, can use internet).

Switching to 3G/2G resolves the problem.

What gives, eh Hotlink??

Any others who experienced this before?
