my friend earn RM30k doing wedding day photograpy

wedding day photography is good business mang!

while /k still figuring out how to make 8k per month as a uber driver and debating whether uber is legal or not, there few aspiring photographers making five figures each month as a wedding day photographer.

the capital outlay is not high too. RM 6k for a decent DSLR camera and RM 3k for a good laptop for editing purpose.

here's the trick.

u price the wedding day photography package at RM 3-4k while promote it everywhere. u will be surprised by the response u get.

for some customers, he does the shooting himself if time allows. but if the response is overwhelming, he outsource the job to other aspiring photographers who are willing to be paid as low as RM1.2k. so, rm3k- rm1.2k = cool rm2.8k profit.

now, anybody willing to be my wedding day photographer?

International reserves are going down at a concerning rate.

Surely, at some point, Bank Negara will have to slow down their intervention in the forex market.

An interest rates rise in the near future seems imminent.

What do Lowyat inhouse "economists" think?

Are bumiputras buying too little properties?

Every development I see are left with multiple bumi units. In contrast, non-bumi units of the same development are quickly snapped up by investors. At this rate, I guess 80-90% of the properties in klang valley will be owned by investors.

This leads me to wonder why are there such low interests among bumis to own properties. Why?
