SOLD iPhone 5 16GB Black - unused RMA

Item(s): iPhone 5 16GB Black - unused RMA.

Package includes: Full box (from original phone) with charger, unused headphones.

Price: RM1000.00 firm.

Warranty: need to check.

Dealing method: COD.

Location of seller: PJ.

Contact method/details: PM me.

Age of item: Got it back earlier this month. Haven't used it.

---

Item(s) conditions: As new, probably a refurbished unit.

Picture:

Reason for sale: Surplus to requirement.

I've had my iPhone 5 for 2 years, but the battery started acting up. It qualified for the Battery Replacement Program so I sent it in to Machines in KLCC. They had problems with repairing it, and gave me a new unit instead (I'm assuming probably refurbished, but I really don't know). There is documentation to support the RMA, which I will check when I get home to see if the warranty has been extended in any way.

This replacement iPhone 5 has not been used - I have not put in a sim card.

Thank you NikeMY and We Run KL

Closure of the AKLEH and diversion of several roads along Jalan Sultan Ismail from 4:30 to 8:30pm today resulted in massive insane jams as cars were forced to detour all over the place because of people running on public roads.

Coupled with the rain earlier, there were people in cars for 2-3 hours, and it was absolutely nuts.

Thank you Nike for organising this traffic disaster, and thank you DBKL for allowing this madness. It wasn't a charity event, it was a marketing ploy for Nike. Can you imagine a city centre shut down for this on a weekend evening?

Seriously, screw you Nike. If you and your marketing team had sat in today's jam you'd know what a shit idea this run was. Thanks for inconveniencing thousands and thousands of people.

so here's an idea: DON"T BUY NIKE ANYMORE.

Buy Adidas, or Reebok, or whatever other brand that floats your boat and doesn't clog up your city.

Question about selling an imported car.

Right, I've got an imported continental car I bought about 8 years ago. This car was brought in by a company that is now defunct. AFAIK all the paperwork was in order, and we have a photocopy of the AP and the customs form, which also states that the original is with JPJ, apparently. This car has never had a loan taken out on it, and come to think of it, I've never taken a car loan ever before. The car has had its road tax updated every year diligently without any issue.

So I'm trying to sell it and a guy I know has found a buyer. Now, it's being held up because this guy tells me that his buyer's bank requires the original AP in order to proceed. I told the guy that the original is with JPJ, and he has said that he can get it, but I need to pay him a few grand. Now to me this smells like he's trying to pull a fast one and squeeze something out for himself.

So the question is, do I really need to provide the original AP to the bank? And if affirmative, the follow-up question would be how to obtain the original AP from JPJ, and where to do such a thing?

Thanks
!!!

I was playing Burnout Revenge just now, then after it saved the game and I was back in the menu I quit to dashboard.

Then I booted up just now with R6V, and my profile was missing. Looking in the memory, it says "corrupted profile". Now gotta delete the corrupt one and get it off Live. Troublesome to recover lah.

Why did this happen? How did it get corrupted?

How to copy saved games from a x360 to another?

Ok,

A bit of backstory: I've realised that buying a modded system was a mistake pretty much from the moment I started the x360 up the first time. Now I'm making amends and am moving the modded one along, and replacing it with an unmodded one.

There will be an overlap, when I have both systems in hand in one place. Now, I've racked up some save games in my modded system, and that's more than a few good hours of time there. So the questions are:

1) Can these saved games on a modded system be used on an unmodded system, if I go and buy the original games?

2) How to transfer the files across? Using the Ethernet cable?

3) Or, given that the mod is a firmware thing, can I just swap HDDs?

And yeah, from now on it'll all be originals

The (second) death of my K700i...

Now, this phone happened to show up in my hands brand new almost 2 years ago, just before new year's in Dec '04..

The handset was sent in under warranty after a month, due to it overheating and crashing. That was fixed.

About 6 months later, the 5-way joystick started to act up. It wouldn't respond that well, and would take maybe two or three prods to get it into action. Over the next few months, the joystick progressively failed to the point where it was totally unusable in mid-December '05. Luckily I managed to send it back to SE on the day the warranty expired, and they replaced the innards totally, resulting in a new IMEI number.

Now, after another 6 months, the 5-way joystick also started going off again, and yesterday it completely failed. Again. In December. Again. I can't get into my phonebook or messages. And no more warranty.

I sms a fair bit. I scroll through my phone book a bit, too. I don't play games, hardly use the camera, and very rarely run through the menus. So I'd say the usage of the 5-way joystick is pretty average. No reason for what I'd consider the primary input button to fail, right?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Now, I'm considering a W810, cos I really like SE, and I'm used to the way their phones works, and I've had Nokias and Motorolas before, and Samsung menus don't do it for me. I believe it doesn't have a 5-way joystick, but instead, a 4-way d-pad with a central button. I'm guessing it will be much more reliable that that POS K700. Is this about right? I want a phone that's reliable, and won't give up a year to the day I got it. Would a W810 fit the bill?
