[HELP] Home Network Setup - maximize local Speed

My situation

3 storey house

Unifi BTU located in staircase store(wooden/plywood wall)
Got network cable wired from staircase store to every floors (entertainment area)

I want to achieve good WiFi and transfer speed (streaming from NAS) for my TV area at every floors.

Which Setup should I do?

Current Setup (G floor & 1st floor only)

Unifi Router (TPLink C1200) at 1st floor entertainment area
(from BTU via lan cable to 1st floor - connect my Unifi router)
- NAS (wired)
- TV (wired)

Wireless bridge (5GHz signal) from Unifi router (1st floor) to another router (TPLink Archer C5) at Ground floor TV area
- TV (wired to TPLink Archer C5)
- AV receiver (WiFi)
- Astro decoder (wired to TPLink Archer C5)

Con of this wireless bridge setup:
- Not able to stream HD movie from NAS with size of 30GB and above to my TV at Ground floor. TV at 1st floor no problem as the NAS & TV connect directly to same router.

My another plan setup
- utilize 3 router
--- 1 Unifi router near BTU (staircase store)
--- 1 at Ground floor TV area (connect with network cable from Unifi router)
--- 1 at 1st floor TV area (connect with network cable from Unifi router)

I hope with this "another plan setup", i will able to stream UHD movie (40GB-60GB) without issue

Will this setup OK? OR Please help me/suggest another setup.
