Simple question. Sifus please help.

Greetings sifus,

Would like to ask a question regarding names in a housing loan.

Scenario, 3 names in a housing property.

Question : Is it possible to withdraw one name out of the 3 names without any compensation to bank / financial institutions?

While keeping the house of course.

2) Do we need another "guarantor" or some other "replacement" to cover back to 3 names?

3) If the family can come to a mutual understanding, is it possible to just remove one name and leave the other 2 there to maintain the housing loan?

Sorry if I don't put it in a proper way to ask as I have no experience in this, and thank you for reading.

Hi there dear sifus ,

Like the topic stated. I'm a beginner here. 31 years of age. 180cm but only weighs 63-65kg floating around. Is it still possible to at least build decent muscles and go bigger(As in beefing up a little)? I'm kinda small in stature but looks tall(compared to average asian height).

My aim is to get healthier and be kinda mascular. Not forgetting bigger in size abit. Would religiously follow programs given. Thank you.

There are a few questions I wanna ask:-

A) I would like to ask about which kind of protein should I specifically take? (My budget is > RM200)

B) What kind of basic routine and Ideal program should I do and how many times like squats etc. For beginners like me. (Please elaborate)

C) What kind of diet should I go with? Currently I'm a heavy eater. Can take up to at least 2 to 3 person of intake(As in meals alone during Bfast / Lunch / Dinner)

That is all, if there is anything you sifus like to add on, please do so. Thanks for reading and Have a great one.

Regards
