Big 4 Senior vs Medium assistant manager

Hi everyone, if you got the offer from one of Big4 as Senior Audit Associate, but currently you are work at a medium audit firm (Top 10 audit firm) and will be promoted in May/June as Assistant Manager. How do you guys choose? Of course, Big 4 offers a higher salary but need to adapt to new environment and need to do file for the next 3years only reached manager level in Big 4, whereby if you stay back at current firm, although it is only medium firm but is Top 10 firm, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager within 1 year.

Medium vs Small audit firm

I currently work in a small audit firm with 1 year plus experience and now can consider as semi senior. Now I get an offer as audit junior to join medium audit firm like Crowe Howard, Baker Tilly and Grant Thontorn.

But I dunno whether should I stay back in small firm or go for medium firm as junior? Anyone can advise? Thank you

P/S My current firm audit procedure quite complete and manager in my firm are willing to teach, so can learn a lot from them, some more I can get 2-3 month bonus in the end of the year.

If join medium audit firm, may have bright future compare to small firm and salariyvis higher than current firm
