How does EAR matter in Personal Loan? In this context (personal loan with Norminal Annual Rate 4.99% and Effective Annual Rate 8.67%), I am confused when do we need to refer EAR? to against what? Is it to compare the return of investment with the loaned amount dumped into it? e.g. dumped the Personal Loan 300k into stocks, and compare the return of investment with same term (10yr), says if forecasted return > 8.67%, then it is worthwhile)? Tq.

Goodday all, I am about to setup 90" projection screen and currently is hunting for a 84" x 84", need your advise on the projections screens below which suit my budget:

3rex pulldown
3rex tripod

1. Are both ok for movie watching?
2. To go for tripod or pull-down? Any diff in term of PQ? What are the potential complications?
