Dear All,

Need your advice. My loan house ready by last 2 months and everything between bank had been settled. I got a letter from the bank saying that I need to pay for monthly installment from last 2 months. So I did what was stated in the letter. The problem is until today after paying 2 months installment I haven't get the house key. Keep on calling my lawyer and he keep on saying that the previous owner (subsale) didn't pay the legal fees to the developer before. And saying that all the document in the court and so on. I called my agent, the agent who recomend this house to me, he saying that the previous owner get the money already. But why my lawyer so careless until he didn't check this all and now the developer don't want to release any document to the house. Is it what lawyer had been done right? I'm sick of all the excuse already. What should I do?

this happened to my girlfriend's mom. she has stomach gastric for a long period time. she always complained that no appetite to have meal and vomit out if take solid food. the problem is she afraid to have a check up. how to handle this situation? she had asked me izzit using x-ray to check or insert the small tube through the mouth to check. she feel 'geli' if insert the tube in her mouth. any ppl experienced before how to check up for stomach gastric? need advice.
