Good afternoon ktards. Planning to get a new 2.0HP aircond unit. Currently looking at 2 brands: panasonic and daikin. Priority is reliability, low maintenance, easy find spare parts/technician to fix it for less hassle ownership.

It's been years since I bought aircond, so wondering what is trend now. Which brand do you suggest between the 2?

Anyone updated to Android 17 (One UI 9.0) yet? Any issues?

Ayam just updated my S25U and now the internet lag like shit. Each page need to wait 5 secs before it starts to load. Like some kind of lag.

Already tried the below:
- shutdown and switch on the phone
- turn on and off airplane mode
- forget and reconnect the wifi

Still same shit. How to solve ya? To those who not yet update, better don't update first. Cb betul.

Good morning guys, i have a serious question/discussion to ask/k. I will be starting a new job next year Jan. This new job will be a high workload and stressful job, which means I need to get going on the first day of my job.

My current job is still manageable as I have been here for many years and I have my own team. A team that I build.

When I go over to the new company, I intend to bring majority of my team with me to ease my job integration there (assuming there are vacancies).

So the question is, is this an ethical thing to do? I know very well that if I bring my team over, the current company and my boss will suffer. For those who use to change jobs, how do u handle issues like this? To prevent burning bridges and also make sure you won't die in your new company.

Morning guys, today ayam just finish argue with a guy. Come decide who is the joker here. Inb4 ayam con9lan7firm the joker regardless of situation.

The situation is in a parking lot, where car can park side by side. I was following this car from the back and there are 2 parking slot. Then this guy park first as he is in front of me. But then, he park senget, makan too much to his right (reverse parking) until his tyre touch the parking white line.

Ayam cock stare him from my car, but he don't care. So well, since he don't care, I just proceed to park to his right, which is the 2nd parking lot. Ayam park right in the center of the lot, reverse parking too. So this cause him unable to go in to his car from driver side (ayam purposely park like this on purpose, instead of taking more to the right).

Then after finish my stuff, I go back to take my car and saw the sohai waiting there, cock stare me and ask me why park like this. I ask him 'apa masalah? I park tengah, u yg park senget'. Then he argue mana ada senget. I ask him to see, he don't want (btw, this time he already in the car, I believe he enter from passenger side).

Then he asked me bertimbang rasa la when parking. I tell him 'bertimbang rasa kepala otak u. U yg park senget and tanya mcm ni. U bodo ke apa?. Then start more argument and name calling, and in the end he drive off.

So apa macam? Ayam the joker?

P/S: I still gonna to do the same shit if this happens again in the future.

Guys, any of you realise LYN is loading slower than before? After you click, need to wait 2-3 seconds only the new page will show. Previously is immediately. Tested on my iphone, samsung, windows laptop and macbook, all same results. Browser also same results with firefox and chrome.

Use wifi or data plan also same problem.

Why like this ya?

Guys, ayam planning to buy mooncake for my team this year as appreciation, majority of them is malay. So normally what brand of mooncake that you guys prefer? My criteria:
- must be halal certified
- preferably without chinese brands like tai thong or kam lun tai so got less 'not confident' feeling
- individual packed with halal logo on it
- taste must be acceptable
- not so expensive, since I need to buy around 30 biji

Good afternoon guys, ayam want to ask something on scams tactics. Today ayam found a cheap products on mudah, below market price, so ayam chatted with him to find out more bout the product.

During chat, ayam can confirm it is 100% scam, as he cant answer some of my queries. But 1 thing that caught my attention is he offer to send the item first without payment. Payment can be done after i get the item, which is to be paid to the delivery guy.

So my question here is, how does this scam works since payment will only be done after i check the items. My thought is, there is no such thing as open box and check items before payment is made to the courier guy, so in the end i need to pay first and only can check. By the time i check and found its fake, my money already gone.

Is this how it works? Or there are some ways it works?

Been using wired earphones all this while, and finally it got damaged. Since ayam planning to change phone soon and most new phones got no 3.5mm jack, ayam decide to buy wireless earphones.

So guys, any recommendations for budget of around RM500 - 600 max?
- must have ANC
- nice/small case is a plus, but not mandatory
- don't recommend beats as ayam always have beats powerbeats pro 2 for my gym work. So now looking for home/office use and diff brand.
- must be earbud type, not the headphones type

Guys, just came back from surveying water heater for bathroom. Initially planning to aim for Pana, but there is a shop recommending Rheem brand. Was told this is USA brand and reliable, but it is made in bolehland.

This 5.5 really got quite a number of cheap things. Best deal is able to get saucony hurricane 24 at RM100 only. Technically it is less then 100 cos ayam paid RM101 for the shoe and a shirt. Really damn bloody farking cheap for a flagship stability shoe.

Ayam ran on hurricane 23 before and its a beast. So now able to get 24 at such a price, the feeling is gooding
