Warranty for Gigabyte Graphics Card

I want to buy the RTX 3070 but it is around RM700 dollars cheaper if I buy it from Taiwan compared to the price in Malaysia. However, the seller told me that there would be no warranty since I am buying it from Malaysia. I would like to know is there global warranty for Gigabyte graphic cards? If my card breaks within the warranty period what can I do? What are the chances of a graphic card breaking within the warranty period should I just buy it and pray nothing happens to my card? This is a shop on Shopee that I am pretty sure they are legit since they have reputable a store in Shopee Taiwan too. Anyone bought any computer parts from Taiwan please advise Thanks!

I am looking at Rakuten , M+ and Hong Leong going to buy stocks for the first time . Been doing a little research on these seems like M+ has the lowest brokerage fees ? Which of the three would you guys recommend based on the brokerage fees and customer service ? I plan to buy and hold some stocks and maybe day trade too . Uniqlo Refund Policy

I bought a down jacket from Uniqlo a few days ago for RM 500. A few days after that I went back to the same shop and they are selling it for RM 350 . I feel like I kena scammed because the staff told me that this is the last of the stock and they won't be selling anymore after this. Is it possible if I return my down jacket I originally bought worth RM 500 and get the same down jacket for RM 350 and get something else worth RM 150 ? Uniqlo return policy states that one can return products and exchange with other products with value equal to returned product.

I live in Subang and studied AUSMAT in Sunway and was looking to study Computer Science in Monash since quite near my house and I am quite familiar with the area . Money is ok but of course if cheaper better la. I heard about APU , Taylors and MMU which of these are the best places to study Computer Science . If you have a better suggestion please tell . Will Lazada Accept My Request to Return an Item?

I bought a phone (OnePlus 5t) from Lazada 5 days ago and realized that the headphone jack audio quality is quite bad when compared to some of my other phones I am quite positive that this is a hardware issue as I have tested different headphones and phones . The headphone jack is working but it does not sound as good as it should according to other reviews and experience from my friends . Do you think Lazada will accept my request to return to item just because the quality of audio on headphone jack is bad ? If you have any suggestion or experience on this topic please do leave a reply Thank You !!

I still have all the papers and warranty information of the phone in the box.

I bought an item from lelong and it was shipped by poslaju . The item was stuck at poslaju cheras for a while so I decided to go there to pick it up myself . But when I went to that poslaju cheras they told me there was a chance that my package is missing and told me that they will do an investigation . I called my seller from lelong and asked them about it , they told me that they can't do anything about it and I have to deal with poslaju and they can't even replace the item if it is really lost. Is it the seller responsibility to replace the item or refund money if the item is lost in the courier service ?

I bought an item an item on lelong and the seller has shipped the item via poslaju and its been almost 4 or 5 days they said "Item posted over the counter" at PosLaju Cheras . Its been stuck at cheras for about 3 days and the status at the poslaju tracking is still the same. I can never get Poslaju to pick up their phone when i call . Can i just go collect the package myself at Cheras Poslaju ? If I can what information do i need to provide ?
