Currently hot link app in my phone show only malay for all menu and button in app.
I cannot find the menu to change language.
This has continued since latest update. How can I change language in app???

just now I saw an ad for upgrade 4g service inside red hot link app, so I did upgrade and even paid RM1.
And then now I cannot use FOC for chat anymore.
You didn't give any notice about cannot use FOC for chat after upgrade.
If I knew it, I wouldn't have done it.
Return me back please, or give me the information to be able to use FOC for chat.

I'm writing to complain my internet disconnected suddenly.
I already have tried to connect again with rebooting modem a couple of times.
But I can only see the webpage that show my internet status, maxis page. internet service(disconnected), voice service (not registered), iptv service (disconnected) wifi (enabled, green color).
What happen to my internet service?
I have many things to do for my work now. How will you compensate me for the loss? why can't you give good service?

I already posted and asked below inquiry on your facebook. But you didn't answer it for 2days.
Plz answer me about it.

I'm using maxis fiber from 03 june 2015. I had to wait for your internet installation for 6 weeks.

so when I was waiting for your installation, (maybe when 4 weeks had passed since registration) I posted the on your loyat forum " I want to stop my process and want to get back my deposit rm500" and then I got a call from your customer center guy.

He told me the reason why my process had been late, And if I hadn't stopped my process, he could promised me that my bill would be replaced with my deposit through about 3 months.

He said that I didn't need to pay bill for about 3months because my deposit would be replaced with my bill.

But I got a bill with rm 100 for my first month (03/june ~ 24/ june). Did you break your word???

Can you check the record of customer service about my case and let me know how I have to do.

To my disappointment again about your service for customer.... And your fiber internet speed gets very slow frequently, now download speed is 3 mbps. You broke your word that you can exempt my deposit by replacing 3~4 months bills, and you also broke your saying that your internet speed is 10 mbps.

I can't wait for installation any more.

This is your answer for my ask. And yesterday was the day you promised to call or update anything. But you didn't give any call and update.
Almost 1 month have passed since I required my internet on 23th April. But you didn't give any call about installation.
How long do I have to wait more? Now, are you giving an installation of internet to other customers?
My friend applied for your fiber service through dealer. Dealer waived rm 500 deposit and promised to finish the installation by this week.
I 'm not sure that my friend's internet will finish to be installed by this weekend, but at least, my friend can save deposit rm500 even though he has to wait for.
Can you finish to install my internet by the end of this year??? I'm not sure whether you can finish it or not.
I got exhausted to wait for the installation. I want to cancel my contract that was stopped since 23th April and want to return back my deposit rm500.
I want to start over again through dealer. I think it will be faster than waiting for your process.
