Hello everyone, I'm from Lahad Datu, Sabah and my parcel have recently been declared lost by Poslaju.

UPDATE: This thread is solved after the seller was kind enough to offer me a discount of RM680 for any graphic card I choose and the Police and Poslaju could not help recover the missing parcel. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I've bought a MSI r9 390 Graphic card and a Seagate expansion 1tb portable HDD online on easyit2u.lelong.com.my and bank in using atm. I paid for it on March 28th and they shipped it out on April 2nd. I called poslaju and messaged E Tech PC after the parcel was a week late and they said to wait a week. After that, I called them again and I got the same answer and now it has been a month since the Seller shipped it and my parcel still haven't arrive. I messaged them to re-send the item or get a refund, but they refused and said they are not responsible for the lost of the parcel and that the buyer bare the risk of delivery. Can anyone help me?
