Hi Guys, let say i would purchase under-con properties, target completed 2021 at the same time i would sign SPA within April. Could I be exclude from paying progressive interest if were to service my loan immediately (May)? Is there any other way to not service progressive interest?

Hi Guys,

Would like to know, other than below, what is the additional fee/cost that potential buyer need to pay/consider before buying first property (from developer-under construction), to prevent any surprises . Thinking to buy my first property for own stay.

Budget Estimated RM 793,00

Booking Fees RM 5,000

SPA Legal Fees = RM 9,789
Loan Legal Fees = RM 10,384
Stamp Duty = RM 17,786
Loan Stamp Duty = RM 3,567

10% d/p based on 90% loan approval = RM 79,300

Is there anything else that i need to know before getting the key ? Out of curiosity is MOT and MOC was considered as well? since it's not mention anywhere there (based on the links).
