Government Department Leaking SensitiveInformation

There is one government department leaking applicant's full name and IC.
When I google their name, i can click the link and see their IC number with full name.
I complaint to the department and now they managed to hide the link however I still can google and see their full name & IC in google search but the link is not clickable.
I complaint again, their IT person called me and said they accidentally leak the sensitive information (full name & IC) to public hence google stored those information in google's server.
They need google to remove it.
Is it true?

I tried to post this topic in "Security & Privacy" however no ppl is replying me.
I am hoping some /k/ IT expect can help me.
Maybe u guys can teach me how to remove the sensitive info so that i can teach the webmaster cuz i believe the webmaster only hide the link to click but they did not hide the sensitive information.

As per image below, I bought the ipad to shop and they said it is LCD problem, need to change, total cost is RM450.
Is it really LCD problem? Too bad the ipad is out of warranty.

Tenant owe electricity bill up to RM2k

My parents rented a house to a tenant and he hasn't pay his electricity bill for 2 years. Hence the bill become RM2k ++
He is not answering phone for few months and finally we managed to chase him to move out.
Problem now is we never go and check the bill for 2 years and Sarawak Energy never go and cut the electricity when the tenant not paying bill.
The ex-tenant don't have any intention to pay the bill.
Any Law expect can help if we can waive the bill or get some discount?

PC wouldn't boot

So i was surfing my pc and suddenly monitor turned black.
Restart my pc but no beep sound.
I removed the graphic card, i heard "beep....beep beep".
I removed my both of my RAM, i heard continuous "beep...beep beep".
Tried insert 1 RAM only for each RAM, still no beep.
I removed CMOS battery but problem still same.
PSU, graphic card and mother board fan is spinning.

Anybody can help?

Motherboard is m4n68t-m.

I am a Salesman, so my contact book got a lots of Mr Wong as my contact.
Any good phonebook that allow me to instantly differentiate which Mr Wong from which company?
As android default book allow us to enter their company name and title but still troublesome to keep pressing inside the apps to make sure the correct Mr Wong that I am going to call.

Slow Youtube stream speed

I have 8Mb streamyx but my youtube just steaming with 512kb.
Anybody else have such problem?
Not all youtube video have such low speed but most of them really streaming slow speed.
Surprisingly after midnight the speed went to normal.

[WTA] Government housing loan

I bought a house on last year December for around RM360K. Borrow from government housing loan for RM320K
I paid the remaining money which is RM40K by April. The house will only complete on end of this year or early next year.
Government only released the loan on September this year.
House developer has been chasing us for the house full payment since I bought the house on last year December. Else they will charge us interest of 10% per annum.
Anyway they gave us a grace period till April to settle the RM40K which I already paid. The remaining RM320K they will chase with government but they still will charge us 10% interest per annum.

So I just want to ask do I really need to pay the 10% interest which depends on the completion of the house?
For those who borrow loan from bank which they only start paying the housing loan once the house is completed, do you pay the interest 1st while waiting for the house to complete?

Microsoft OneDrive slow speed download

My OneDrive is throttled to around 100kB/s. But my steamyx is 4Mb.
Anybody has this problem?
Very headache when downloading backup file size 1GB. Some more unable to resume download.

Lost plastic back in Airasia cabin

So i back to my hometown kuching on last september.
My hand carry luggage was overweight, so airasia staff ask me to put extra weight (insurance policy + some clothes) into another plastic bag.
When i reached kuching, i'm totally forgot my plastic bag.
So recently i just remember the plastic bag.
I went to kuching airport and ask the person in charge of lost luggage.
He told me normally hand carry items if no ppl claim it within 48 hours, they will send it back to airasia HQ which is LCCT.
After 14 days and still no people claim it, they will dispose it.
It is true???

New RAM unable to start computer

I just bought new RAM, which is smaller size from my old RAM.
Both is 1333Mhz, 2G and Kingston brand.
I tried to put in both RAM but my PC wouldn't start.
Try to put new RAM only also PC wouldn't start.
I put back my old RAM and PC working like normal.
Anybody know what is the problem?
Is it because my RAM is old type which is bigger in size and new RAM is smaller in size?

Pity the road divider

Anybody's car hit this road divider before? Especially at night i believe many cars knock it before.
You can see from the look of the divider. It's located at the junction of Jalan University and Jalan 17/1.
How serious is your car after you knocked it?
I think many cars just flyover it....

I like it becuz maybe it has unlimited level...i played and lost at level 115 and still no sign of end level...
FYI, I only played on Easy Mode....

Im using TP link TD-W8901G router....
I can't find anyway to check connected LAN client....
I want to check it because i suspected somebody hacking my wifi...
So i want to check if there is any other client connected....

My gf angry at me when i swapped my old phone with new one yesterday....
Swapped my BB Torch with Samsung galaxy W...
She angry cuz my BB still good...no need to change to new one....
I already told her....i sold my BB and bought new one...consider wise decision since i sold my BB when it still got price....before it drop even more...
She doesnt want to listen....
She just keep quiet when i call her...doesnt want to answer me when i ask her smth....
FYI, we are long distance relationship now....only see each other every one or two month....we have been couple for almost 1 year....
But we talk every nite....

History:
I own bank RM10k for credit card (at 1st she doesnt know, i only told her few months after we couple), now took loan to clear my CC and pay the loan every month...
Im saving money hard now to marry her in 1 or 2 years time....but now still far away from goal....

So now Im not really sure what is her thinking now...
Maybe she think that i do not have commitment to save money....
but i only spent rm100-200 extra to buy the new phone....
I dunno why she needs to angry for more than 1 day....
She dont event want to answer me...but Im glad that she is still answering my phone (need call her few times).....
I have already promise her i wouldnt buy anymore gadget for few years but she is still keep quiet....

Anybody can help me?
