Hi,

Can someone recommend me a HD video recorder which has input/output?

What I mean is I want to record a video straightaway from a monitor/TV for medical purposes, and burn it in DVD or store it in memory stick.

I tried asking in the suggest a camera thread but there wasn't any reply on this

Dust in sensor

My friend's nikon D40 seem to have a speck of dust in the sensor. Any suggestions what can he do?

The speck can be seen clearly on the top right hand corner.

Battery stuck at 75%

No matter how long I charge my phone, the battery would not charge. It stays at 75%.

I've googled, and found that I should reset my phone (home + power), which I've done, and also I should reset all settings.

What will happen if i reset all settings? Will my home screen layout reset as well? And what is location warnings?

Have you watched this show? I watched it yesterday night, i think it was the sneak preview, i might be wrong.

Kinda nice storyline, but a little bit different from what was written in the book. A pretty sad scene when Marley was old and had to put to sleep.

As per topic, does anyone know which dvr card that is able to run on windows vista? preferably well known brands maybe like geovision. i'm afraid taiwan or china made brands won't last long.

Also, please state where can I get them. I went to lowyat plaza last weekend, and i was told windows vista is not able to run any dvr cards

Hey guys, I'm currently in a dilemma.

Have been thinking hard and low which lense should I purchase?

1) Nikkor 18-105 (D90 kit)
2) Tamron 28-75

Budget I have maybe around 1k plus. Most of the photos that I take are people, food, buildings.

Currently using only D40

Will consider to upgrade to D90 later

Are there distinctive quality differences between those 2 lense? The 28-75 attracts me more, as it has a lower fstop. But my friend has been advising me to get the 105mm, in case I want to take things further eventhough it's f3.5

i recently tried installing ibrickr... and it didnt go smoothly.

now when i on my iphone, it displays alot of numbers and it is scroled down automatically.

when i connect my iphone to the computer, my computer does not detect the phone. i have restarted the AppleMobileDevice but to no avail.

how can i boot my iphone back to it's original state? i tried hard resetting but it still cannot on, it still shows numbers and scrolled down very fast.

please help me....

what should i do to on it back? i dont mind restoring it as long as i can make it function again

Hi all.

I am new to ftp server. I am currently using filezilla server. However, I have a problem. Once I have started my server, I can use windows explorer to view the files hosted. But I can view the files once only. If i try the 2nd time, it says cannot access ftp files, a connection with the server cannot be established. I have tried checking my server with HFS, and it says the server is working fine. I am using passive mode and I have port forwarded in my router. My firewall has also been disabled.

What should I do to rectify the problem?
