Hi, i'm looking for any company that need not pay tax and can issue the invoice as many as possible. Got such company in malaysia? i need to get the service and give to my customer. BTW, is it need to register a company only can issue the invoice? or got other way to avoid this. Hope any of the lyn member here can help to give some advise to me on this question. Thanks.

i read some threads that the windows vista doesn't support for the maximum 4gb memory ram.i jus bought a new labtop with the model compaq pressario v3760tu. i just think to upgrade to 3gb which the original is 1gb and i wan to buy a new 2gb ddr2 667mhz.so i worry that my vista 32bits doesn't support 3gb ram.so does anyone have the experience on tat and any solution?if my labtop can support 3gb then i can proceed to upgrade it.
