Need help. Got letter from Lawyer

Hi all,
Need some advise from you guys. My company just got a lawyer letter stating they represented some USA 3D CAD Software company (not Autocad).
The letter said they have online activities that ties one of our computer in our network is using their software. They reveal the computer name that is one of our domain PC.
The registered mail asked us to contact their lawyer in 7 days to settle this.

So now how? what option do I have? And are there sufficient evident for them to bring our company to court?

Will second hand car price will drop soon?

I was Uber driver with 2010 car. After Uber gone Grab only take 2011 or newer car. Now had been hunting second hand car over a month now. But with the PH win and abolishment of gst soon, just wander if I should buy now or wait a few months?

Diploma in Airline Services Crecendo International

My niece who only scored 3 credits in O Level is hunting for college classes.
We live in Jb so when we went to Crecendo International College (Korean People open one) to look for diploma classes,
was told about this flight attendant diploma. 2 years in Jb and 4 months interns at Korea. And my niece said was promised
a job at Korean Airline as they need English speaking flight attendant.

So does anyone here heard about 'Diploma in Airline Services'? Would anyone here with experience with Airline company please comments.
Their promised of a job is it just BS to make people take the class?
Rm22k/year in Malaysia is it reasonable?

Who have experience with this. My company own 1 original dongle it is for CNC programming, but would like to backup in case it is stolen/damaged or use it at 2 places without have to plug/unplug it so frequently.
We are in Jb, we can even pay you to have the job done, onsite or remote session.

How many Iriz do you see on the road?

So Iriz been out like 2 months now? Yesterday in JB I saw 2 on the road, which reminds me sometimes I will go a week without seeing 1 Iriz on the road. And I drive average 100km everyday all in JB area.
So wandering maybe there are more in other area like in KL?

I am researching price for a server for my company, found this server2u.net at www.lelong.com.my. Their price is much cheaper than anyone else I can find. Plus they are new and carry warranty from hp, dell etc.
I am not from KL, if I do I would not worry so much and they listed their address at
