Hi Maxis,

I been calling multiple times to ask about when the advanced payment of RM128 will be credited back to my account as i bought the Iphone 6 package at Maxis Paradigm Mall almost 6 months ago. This is really frustrating as Maxis only good at calling customer to pay up but service still lousy as usual. Please help me rectify this asap!

Appointment letter cancelled without valid reason

Hi all,

I received this chop signed appointment letter from my new employer few weeks back. Thus I resign from my current employer and settled unfinished task in proper manner. Suddenly my new employer sent me an email to cancel my letter. Obviously this leave me in state of shock as I am getting ready for the new job in few days time. What should I do next? For your info, this company is based at Singapore but they hired me as a sales manage based in KL. I am feeling numb and clueless at the moment and as a result of their inapproriate action, I will be jobless soon. Please help! Thanks
