As per title, if you have reached the age of 55, would it be best to withdraw all you savings from account 1 & account 2 or 3 or just leave a balance of rm1000 , just incase when you die , your next of kin can get rm2000 because you are still a member ?

Car: BMW 318i

Age: 12 year old/

"Battery" Light is on - alternator is NOT charging - either a bad alternator, connection or drive belt (but it would also be overheating since the same belt drives the water pump.)

Bosch are generally better then Valeo (and that's based on a lot of experience with both - both on cars and on BMW motorcycles.)

New ($$$) will work (comes with lifetime warranty from BMW too..) Remanufacturered depends on who did the remanufacturing. If it's Bosch that was rebuilt by Bosch - it should be a quality job. If it's a mom and pop auto-electrics shop, these are usually very good, and much cheaper then other alternatives (pun somewhat intentional..)

Buzzing or whine noise is a bad diode in the alternator. It will charge - but at a reduced rate. Needs to be replaced.

Good luck if you're reading this.. and it's not a "battery" light - it's a charge warning light..
