PSU & TFT LCD Repair

Hi, dose anyone know where can repair defeated PSU & TFT LCD? I myself have 2unit PSU & 1unit TFT spoil & already over warrenty, many of ppl suggess me to replace a new unit & forget the repair, but what to do with my old 1? Dump to the nearest bin? But due to environment friendy issue, i thinking to repair it. If anyone know where can repair , please drop me a message.

i tried ad-award se pro 1.6, spyware doctor 4.0, webroot sweeper 5.0 also cannot catch it, this is look like windows update icon and hide in the task-bar. even i start at safe-mode, its appare also. anyone know how to cure this spy.
