Most affordable home internet plan

Hi guys,

Need some advice and recommendations for home internet.
Recently got a new apartment unit, and looking to either rent out long term or short-term rental (Airbnb). Would like to know:

1. What would be the most affordable plan to set up (monthly cost, and set-up costs, equipment - modem, wireless router etc.)

2. Alternatively, i am considering airbnb, is there an affordable MIFI / portable internet dongle that can be used instead. So that during times when no tenant/guest; i am able to take around to use it at other places.

Resignation notice period and paying off

If I resign from my company and have a 2 months notice period as stated in my contract; but am unable to fulfil the full 2 months, I hear I have to pay back the employee for the days I leave till the 2 months notice.

Say if I have to leave after 1 month instead of 2 months. Would it mean I get paid my salary for the 1st month, and then the 2nd month I pay them back therefore I would be getting zero pay for the 2 months.

Or does it mean they are still giving me my salary for the 2nd month and I have to pay them back, essentially meaning it cancels each other out, therefore I just get the one month salary i worked for?

(this is assuming we are following contract and they don't allow to negotiate notice period)

with the recent news about the YSLM MLM scheme; i coincidentally stumble upon one myself just this week.

my colleague ask me to join him on some event last week to play game. went there look so dodgy and realize they are MLM/pyramid scheme group, selling Amway products.

What happened during the event; first they give short talk on how you want to not work too much and be stress, and how to find smart way to make money; show you lots of videos and try to brainwash you. then they make u play dis board game which try to teach you how to invest and get rich.

before leaving, they ask you to go back home and watch a video online they send your email. the video quite funny bcos it so long and dunno what he talking about, just mumble crap.
the video link is private and need password to enter. all so secretive, like they are some secret organization. here I just want to share with you guys this video and show you example of what they do (which i still do not know) and how they try to brainwash you to join.

video link
pwd: iloveamway (should have guessed )
