I try to challenge the asst judge that I read online state small claim case cannot claim lolyer fee(no one force you to hire any lolyer, so why need to pay?), the asst judge argue that he spent years read lolyer and very sure it does and my read online is false.<br /><br />so /k tell me whether proceed or not?
