Hi.. i always wonder how those hypermarkets/ shopping mall decided to open new branch at new location.. did they bought the place or they just rent them from others?..

1)If they build them, did they buy those pieces of land or they settle with mutual agrement between them and the landlord?

2) if they do rent a buildings, how could we reach them to know more about that?

insurance company reject accident damage claims

hi everyone,

Last month, an accident occurs near to my house.. A modified honda accord hit a kelisa at a junction.. Luckily nobody died at that moment but both car is heavily damage ( still not considered as total damage yet ). So, yesterday I met with the owner of honda accord ( my neighbour ) and we chat about that incident.. He told me that his insurance company refuse to cover his damage on the car due to some modification has been done on the car.. some of modification that has been highlighted is:

1) bigger rim size
2) low profile tyre
3) engine modification
4) exhaust sytem modification

His car still under warranty but honda refused to fix due to accidental damage, to add salt on his wound, insurance company also reject his claim to fix the car due to above modification.. my question is, if the insurance company don't want to cover for modified car, why we need to buy insurance at the first place.. please enlighten me...

My father ask me to do a survey between those 3 models.. Hopefully would justified which model is the best to buy between those 3.. Since i never own a pick up before, thus i need help from u guys on this department...

P/s: i'm more interested on knowing running cost of the car than the resale value...

lost car key.. what is the chapest option?

I just lost my car keys (keys + alarm remote) last week.. been searching for them but haven't found yet.. luckily I still have 1 more spare key from that I can use.. btw, my car is toyota vios previous model.. key with chip inside ( what a key maker told me).. so right now, i'm looking for cheapest possible solution coz i don't feel safe using my only key without spare right now.. could you guy please enlighten me what i should do?

1) make a spare key and remote ( qouted RM5++ by keymaker for 1 set)
2) buy new key from toyota - don't know the price
3) change the whole system

Lenovo a889 problem

Last year both of me and my wife bought a pair of lenovo a889 and suprisely we really happy with this phone.. But lately we have some trouble with the phone that we don't know whether it is a bug problem or hardware problem.. Thus, i need some help from you guys here...

To be honest, i know nothing bout rooting or flashing firmware.. But i read on some webpage telling that different firmware got different issues.. I think my firmware might be outdated since i never update them ( flashing or rooting) since i bought them new..

My phone problem
- got issues with data connection.. Lately i fell that my internet become really slow till i unable to surf website and sign in to fb by using my phone.. But i still able to send msg by whatsapp even the pic is impossible to be sent.. That how slow my internet connection on my fon.. Got no issues with wifi
- the weird thing is, when i open the hotspot function on my phone and used the internet on other device, my internet speed is fast enough.. So right now, my phone are better be a modem than a smartphone..
- is that a hardware issues or firmware issues?

My wife phone problem
- inconsistent screen sensitivity, it some region, it really sensitive till it will think that you click them while u just touching it.. At another region, the screen is not sensitive until typing a message till its really hard to type a full text message now..
- is that an hardware problem of firmware problem.

If possible we don't want to change phone since there are so many important file in those phone.. Please help us..

trouble playing video format

hi..

i've downloaded several movies from torrent and i face difficulties in order to play some of the video file.. I used media player, vlc, km player, real player.. but still not able to play this format.. FYI, i also have installed Xvid codec..

this video file come together with this note "

i've tried this, but still not be able to play them.. is anyone know how to play these files?

i think its time for me to get a new phone since my current phone start to annoy me already.. i've been searching over the net for smartphone that below RM600 with quadcore processor and I found Lenovo A880.. quite keen on that until I read an ads on fb bout this samsung note 3 clone that have better specs than A880 at the same price range.. in my opinion, both of them is manufactured in china, use the same chipset, but people said that Lenovo is better than those clone.. my question is why they are better? those clone seem superior in many ways on paper..please enlighten me

nowadays I saw in mudah.my, there is a lot of shop selling security tint at unbelievably cheap price. 5 mil tinted with IRR level of 75% for only RM149 with installation + 10 years warranty . could someone here explain to me what is the difference on buying this kind of tinted with those expensive one? i'm quite noob with tinted since i bought an already tinted car last year but get caught by JPJ recently.. need to re-tint since i can't stand the heat of direct sunlight these day..

## i saw in the net that i could buy a security tint 4mil with IRR level of 90% (TSER 45%) for RM 400 with installation.. is that a good deal? some shop said that their tinted is JPJ approved tinted film. how do i confirm that? do they have any kind of approval letter? don't wanna walk into JPJ one more time.. too much hassle..

i have a situation..

i'm a government sponsored student, just graduated. waiting to be post in near future. recently, my dad receive an offer from someone to buy one of his properties (house). but the properties that my father want to sell happen to be the one that i like the most. i plan to live in that place in the future. so i asked my father how much do i need to buy that house from him, he said he willing to sell it to me cheaply ( RM 250K only - the other person offering him RM 300K).

here come the question.

1) can i get a loan for it? i know that i don't have any payslip yet but i'm confident that i'll manage to pay the loan. right now i have around RM30K in my account and if I transfer my money that i keep in NZ i might have another 20K to spare. so that makes no less that RM50K cash.

2) that properties currently rented as a (homestay), with rental fee received is around RM1200 monthly.

can somebody in here help me where could i get a loan to buy that properties? i need it urgently before that properties been sold to other people..
