house renovation

I was wondering whether with rm50k, can i get an ID to renovate my house with the build up size 25 x 45 (actual size is 42 x 80 inculde the garden and backyard and parking place).

Places to do

1.living room - tv cabinet, and some other wood job (need advise)
2. Kitchen - island, cabinet, kitchen top
3. Master room - bedframe, wardrobes, changing the besen 4, mirror
4. Wirings
5. Ports adding
6. Lights - rooms, parlours, backyard, garden, gate
7. Changing the room doors
8. Re-paint
9. Medium room with bedframes and cupboard/wardrobe(depending budget)

* budget exclude electronic items

Sorry if i asked too much. Lack of experience.

Read a lot cases in KL but less in Perak, Ipoh

Please advise masters/mentors in here

Attended few agents:

Planner + cinematographer = RM6500 - RM8000
photographer = RM2000 - RM4000 (each person rm2000)

Flowers = Approx RM250
Ring = Approx RM4000 (hopefully can get something lower, cause the certification is not important. just wanted it look nice with cuts )
Transportation for family & relatives from different state to KL = RM650
Transportation via Uber/LRT in KL = RM300
Dinner+Private Room = RM180 (per pax buffet) x 20 pax = RM3600
Room for guest = rm400 (others in my house)
Decoration (balloon, frames n etc) = RM500

Do you think this is worth?

I intend to do it Below RM12k actually, since my marriage will be the following year. Wanted to save more for house renovation and wedding dinner.

If you have any better and cheaper way to help me reduce the cost, please assist me.

I wana to renovate my new house. Not planning to take ID cz need to pay xtra 8%to them at the end.

My house is barely empty now.

Any guidelines how to start?

Iplan to make plaster ceiling, so shld i make the wiring 1st or plaster ceiling 1st?

Any master can guide me step by step?

Already broke after pay for legal n s&p, so i decided to do slowly, nt urge for nx yr cny

I was in the Midvalley bridal fair yesterday, and i came across One Wedding Studio. A Taiwaneseman with his black shirt told me he is 50 yrs old and showed us his passportf to proof it.

He showed us few of his artwork and askes the budget as well as where do i plan to photoshoot it.

He asked me how's the pictures and i was like, NOT BAD, so i replied him, not bad, with the intention to proceed with this studio.

The man replied in a bad manner, only not bad??not perfect? Why you so no menes??

I was like ........=_='''. What do you expect me to say??

I would not recommend this shop to any of my friends as well as informing my circles to beware of this wedding studio.

Poor service. I guess it will be even worse once you have paid it..

i checked on the master title, and its stated under SYARAT SYARAT NYATA: tanah ini hendaklah untuk pembangunan akan datang (perdagangan) sahaja.

based on this, will i be able to get 90% loan or any banks that can give 90% loan?
