PTPTN loan repayment 20% discount issue

hi all, need help from all expert opinion here.

I recently went to settle my full PTPTN Loan. Total loan amount is rm19k

when consulting the PTPTN officer, i was informed that since my EPF acount cannot cover full amount, i can pay with EPF & Cash, to get 20% discount of RM 3.8k. PTPTN officer said as long as i pay cash before EPF money is transacted then i shall get this full discount.

so i went to apply my EPF repayment for rm14k on 5-Jan. EPF officer told me it takes 2 weeks to transact to PTPTN. So i waited.

by some where around 15-Jan, i called PTPTN office to check, they claim the money is not trasnacted yet, so i asked can pay the rm5k cash now or not. the PTPTN officer said i can make payment on 19-Jan since 16-Jan she is on leave.

this is where the problem happened. after completing my loan, they are giving me discount 20% based on rm5k only. I am getting rm 1k instead of rm3.8k. This money is very urgent for me cos i'm very in need of cash. Now i just made aduan to PTPTN and hope to get full 20%.

Can Anyone here help guide me whatI should do, or anyone faced similar issue then can share their experience? I'm in the dark now on how to get my 20% full discount (RM 3.8k).

Summary of Event:

5-Jan--> get PTPTN form to declare balance loan amount RM19k for EPF application.
5-Jan--> went to EPF to apply for account 2 education loan repayment, rM 14k available to pay.
15-Jan--> Called PTPTN office, PTPTN office claim not receive EPF payment yet
19-Jan--> went to PTPTN to pay balance RM5k.
26-Jan--> receive email from PTPTN total entitled discount only 20% of rm5k, which is rm1k only....heart break.
