            <description>If tenant refuse pay rental for 3 month how?? Landlord and tenant also got sign tenancy agreement (TA), TA already stampping.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tenant switch off his hp number and refuse to nego. Tenant suspect did not stay anymore that premises, but his thing still in that house. What is the best solution to solve this problem???</description>
