OK let's get the thing clear.

I am actually newly joined to a company and was a junior consultant yet assign to follow under a lead to understand more in the work compound and pick few thing up quickly.

So this lead is a she and firstly I wasn't so made any feeling towards her as she is my coworker and newly know colleague. Throughout her guidance and everyday approach, I am able to get the work environment absorbed up pretty fast and made my self a developer in the team in past few months.

OK since that happens just begin from this week as I felt crush towards her. As I dont know why I would made the feeling on her as I feel very comfortable when I talk and chat with her even in work and after work. And another thing I got to admit that she is actually a senior to me and are 2 years older than me, but this sort of feeling I can't help with as I do chat with her a lot during office hour when free through Skype and often made fun and have great discussion outside of office as well. What I have notice that she is not as pretty like any other lady but honestly speaking, i feel she is just pretty as i loved the way she laugh and smile, the eye contact when we often chatting around and her sweet voice. Plus we have some common or mutualness such as dog lover and hobbies. These made us to be much closer as we speak and discuss on them very often and always exchange opinion and be a great listener to each other....

And now I actually plan to invite her out in some occasion such as a dinner (thank on her guidance for the past month) or anything, should I really proceed it or just a significant normal crush but I just doesn't think just a crush only and may be confess to her on my feeling?
As I know she 2 year older than me, will she feel like is treating me as just colleague or like her younger brother...?
