Microsoft Word automatically starts

Hi all,
I have a problem with my pc. Everytime i turn on my pc, then it will start Windows like normal but with Microsoft Word. I don't know how to disable it. As far as i know, my pc is clean from any virus because i always scan and update the anti virus. If i not mistaken, there's a settings which we can enable/disable some software during the startup.

Did anybody have experienced this / know how to fix this?

Hi all...
I just need ur advice and opinion. It's happen to one of my friend...

She received one sms from somebody who wants to sell a VVIP number... That people said if she want to buy the number, then she have to bank-in the money first.

One day after, she have transfer the money and tell the seller to post the item. The seller replies that he will send the item in the next day. However, after 3 days later my friend never receive any parcel. She try to ask the seller, but he don't give any feedback.

So, my friend thinks that she was cheated by the seller, but she don't know what to do.

Can anybody help her on how to make a police report / or any way to track the seller. B'coz she thinks that it should be done through procedure which is from step by step.

p/s: For your info, my friend only got seller's name, phone no, account no. The seller also gave his company address and ic no, but i think it's a fake one.
