Renovation for Condo

Hi,

I would like to renovate my condo which is 625 sqft.

- Plaster ceiling with downlights for whole place.
- Double railing for the curtains.
- Bedroom wardrobe.
- Kitchen - cabinets & a cabinet (ceiling high) facing towards the hall as a wall / border to seperate the kitchen and hall

I already know what is the design I want for my kitchen actually. I just need it to be drawn and confirmed. I have a rough plan done by the internal designer however she seem to not have any interest and still drew wrongly not according to what I've told her. So I want to find out if anyone else could do the renovation for me by giving me the quote and timeline of completion.

How much would each cost?

Hie Guys and Girls,

Hope that you guys can help me on my thesis survey regarding online recruitment. Please kindly state whether you are giving your opinion on an Employer point of view or an Applicant point of view.

Employer:

1. What business type do you categorize your company in? What is your company size? E.g. Logistics. Engineering, Education, Small Medium or Large Company, local or internationally based etc
2. What are the recruitment methods currently being used in your company? E.g. using Job Agencies, Advertisement of vacancy via Newspapers, Magazines, Company Website? Post the advertisement on your company door? Or use of Job Portals such as JobStreet.com, Monster.com, etc.
3. Why did you choose this recruitment method? Is it cheaper? More effective? Less troublesome? Faster? E.g. Job portals are cheaper and faster than via newspapers but less effective as the candidates hired are not up to expectations? Job portals allow a larger pool of candidates e.g. from other states,etc.
4. If you do use online job portals, how does the process works? What does it involve? Do you solely depend on this recruitment method or use a mixture of methods?
5. Do you think with proper implementation e.g. online personality tests, online psychometry, video interview (i.e. everything done via the internet - online recruitment) can replace the other recruitment methods?
