How to solve if KYBD & MSE been disable in DM

Hi All;
Need some advice from you all.
Have you ever encounter that some of your friend which hand itchy go to disable the Keyboard and mouse in the Device Manager
and make your mouse and keyboard not moving at all?

Below is the step that I had done.

Steps that had done:

Kybd able to work in BIOS and able to select windows advance boot option
Reboot to Safe mode - no go
Reboot to last known good configuration - no go
Basically had test all the options in windows advance boot option still no go
Swap another set of mouse and keyboard also no go
need to repair OS only able to make it work.

Please advice if you do have other idea without need to repair OS. Thanks!

How to Show Chinese Character - Vista Home Edition

Good day;
i got a quick question, was trying to figure out how to solve this for 2 days still no luck,

ok my situation is I got an original windows vista Home
I want to view chinese character in the my windows vista Home edition as I have install few chinese program but all the words is just ???

Here is what I have done or tried before

Go to Control Panel ---> Clock, Language, and Region ---> Region and language ---> Keyboard and Language (OMG the Display language is been disable by Microsoft in this edition )

ok.. nvm..
i tried to install Vistalizator Chinese language
It works, but this totally change my computer language from English to chiense but those display still remain at ???

then I tried to install a 3rd party software Njstart (南极星)
ok this work.. for desktop or files display change from ascii words to chinese words but those program still remain at ???

hmm now I have running out of idea how to solve this anyone encounter this before?

No POST when install more then 2RAM in Asus P5KPL

Good day.
I have bought this mobo back in March. The mobo is from ASUS model is P5KPL
When i purchased the system I also bought 2 x 1GB ram model is CORSAIR VS1GB667D2
& is working fine till yesterday i wanted to upgrade my ram. I went to buy another 2 x 1GB ram same
model. When i reach home I tried to install the ram It give me no POST and a beeping code which is 1 short 2 long. It's inddicate the Memory issue. I strip to basic, tested 1 by 1 4 of the ram in 4 of the slot and all the ram and slot are working fine.
I again upgrade the BIOS and tested 1 by 1 and whenever i put in more then 2 rams it gives me no POST again.
I would like to know is there anyone encounter this b4 and got solution for this?

I've tried to contact the technical support using the live chat in asus website & it SUX big time, I have to wait for 10-15min to get an tech support to assist me and after i address my problem without even 10min the tech support will just drop my line & not only 1 tech support do like tat it's like more then 5times.
So anyone can help me out?
