UFC just announced that Charles Oliveira vs Ilia Topuria for the undisputed lighweight champion title at UFC 317 as the main event.

Islam Makachev vacated his belt and move up to welterweight to fight Jack Della Madallena after Jack won the title at UFC 315 by unanimous decison win against former champion Belal Muhammad.

Alex Pantoja will defend his flyweight title against Kai Kara-France as co main event.

Dricuss Du Plessis will defend his middleweight title against Khamzat Chimaev on UFC 319 on August 2025.

Case Summary – Declining Responsibility for Defective Sample Parts

Company A supplies Part 1 to both Customer B and Customer C. However, in early 2024, Customer C requested 10 pcs of Part 1 as a sample from Customer B, not directly from Company A.

Later, when Customer C intended to use the sample parts for mass production, they found 2 out of the 10 pcs defective. Now, Customer C is raising a claim to Company A for the defective parts.

Company A is considering declining this claim because those specific parts were not supplied directly to Customer C, but were instead obtained from Customer B. Therefore, the chain of custody and storage/handling conditions are unknown to Company A.

Now the representative from customer B and C would like to meet the boss of Company A to discuss about this.

What do /k think about this?

Harini nak santai je. Bawa anak keluar. Tapi tulah. Benda tak bermoral pula terjadi.

Masa dekat booth luar mydin seremban 2, dah perasan dan ade seorang budak baju kuning macam merakam. Tapi takdelah fikir bukan -bukan.

Masuk dalam mydin, perasan budak ni ikut lagi. Sambil phone tegak merakam. Mungkin kebetulan masuk skali. Bila ke bahagian lain, perasan budak ni ikut sambil merakam. Telefon tegak. Ke bahagian lain pun sama. Obvious sangat .

Anak-anak pun perasan, dengan kehadiran budak ni. “Dia asyik tengok kita je umi”

Ada bagitahu husband, husband pun terus ikut budak ni dari belakang. Tapi saya rasa tak puas hati. Saya terus berjumpa budak ni sambil rakam sebagai bukti. Takdalah serang kosong je kan.

Rupanya ada beberapa video saya siap zoom belakang saya. Dan beberapa video perempuan mengandung yang lain. Berpurdah pun ada. Taste memang dengan orang mengandung

Video terpaksa di potong atas tindakan seterusnya. Perasaan seorang suami tak dijangka kalau isteri kena macamni. Dan ditenteramkan oleh orang ramai.
Sampai terkencing perilaku akibat takut.

Si perlaku pun sudah di serah ke polis . Kami sendiri buat report. Selepas disoal siasat, baru 20 tahun. Budak uni sini. Katanya suka buat stock puaskan nafsu. Dah lama buat keje macamni katanya.

Ikutkan saya nak si perlaku ke dalam. Tapi atas budi bicara, muda lagi 20 tahun. Saya tarik report semula. Suka suka rakam perempuan . Buat stock sex sendiri puas sendiri kat rumah. Takut lepasni berani meraba pulak kan?

Sebab terlampau banyak video orang perempuan yang dirakam sekitar malam tadi. Mangsa tak perasan. Masalahnya siap zoom body part!

Salam dan selamat pagi buat warga /k.

Hari terakhir kerja sebelum seminggu cuti. So hari ni santai-santai jer. Ramai dah cuti balik kampung. Office pun dah separuh kosong.

Aku tahun ni macam biasa balik ke Lenggong, Perak raya pertama. Pagi raya pertama aku beraya di Batu Kikir Negeri Sembilan.

Testing My Ball Knowledge on the FFP Show

So, I decided to do something different—joining a quiz show to test my EPL knowledge. I came across the FFP Show on TikTok, where contestants try to answer football trivia. After watching a few episodes and seeing others struggle, I left a typical keyboard warrior comment:

"Soalan macam ni pun tak boleh nak jawab ke?"

To my surprise, their team replied: "If you think you can do better, drop us your details."

Long story short, two nights ago, I was on the show. Drove all the way from Seremban to Subang Jaya (Seksyen 15) for the 10 PM recording. There were three of us—an Arsenal fan, a Man United fan, and me, a proud Chelsea fan.

We started by discussing hot EPL topics, mainly United’s struggles under Ruben Amorim. Plenty of laughs and friendly banter. Then came the main event—the trivia round.

The host fired 20 questions, and the fastest to press the buzzer got to answer. Correct answers = 1 point. The top scorer moves on to the next round.

Final scores:
✅ Me (Chelsea fan) – 7 points
✅ Arsenal fan – 6 points
✅ Man United fan – 4 points
❌ 3 questions went unanswered

Then came the Spitfire Round—10 rapid-fire questions in 45 seconds. I needed at least 7 correct answers to win a jersey. If I didn’t know the answer, I could skip.

Final score? 8/10.

Without thinking, I hit the ice-cold celebration like Cole Palmer and Morgan Rogers. Now, I’m through to the Grand Final at the end of the season, where I’ll compete against other winners. The grand prize? A trip to watch your favorite club in the UK.

Let’s see how far I can go!

Plan to sell a piece of land.

My late mother owned a piece of land, about 8.95 acres. The land grant has two names—my late mother and another person, whom I'll call Mr. J.

In December 2024, I received a call from someone claiming his client was interested in buying the land. It used to be a rubber estate, but since 2020, there have been no rubber trees, meaning it may require replanting (tanaman semula).

I met Mr. J, and he agreed to sell if I could find the right buyer at the right price. He owns 2/5 of the land, while my late mother owned 3/5.

The issue arose when I asked my siblings—two sisters and a younger brother (I'm the eldest). My second sister immediately refused to sell without even hearing my reasons.

For context, my late mother owned other lands, but this 8.95-acre plot is the largest. I believe we should sell it for several reasons:

1. No one is willing to take responsibility for replanting—lack of time, capital, and knowledge.
2. The land is far from where we currently live.
3. If we find the right buyer, we could earn around RM180k–250k (our 3/5 share based on average price nearby land). This could help us build a simple house in our hometown, replacing the old, unlivable one.
4. If there's any balance, we could perform badal haji for our late mother.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on this.

So I did stumbled upon a subreddit which is malaysian based subreddit that discuss a lot about nsfw thing.

I did some screening and i found that a lot of guys there are cuckold and most of them are type m.

Dear Serious /k,

Salam and hello to everyone. Please bear with me as this would be a wall of text from me.

I'm 38 years old with plus minus 12 years of experience in manufacturing industry (mostly automotive) but my salary is still below RM5k/month. Married with 2 kids (6 yo and 4 yo). My wife is fulltime housewife but she currently doing a dropship agent for muslimah apparel and she teach kids at our neighborhood "mengaji" Al Quran. Basically her income is around RM300-RM500 depends on her sale on that month.

I didnt have a degree but I have a diploma in mechanical engineering from local university.

I would breakdown my work experience below :-

1- Japanese MNC. Role as Technical Assistant 2009-2011. Starting salary RM1460, left after two years with last drawn salary around RM1700.

2- Korean MNC, 2012-2018. Role as QC Executive with starting salary RM2200 left 6 years with last drawn salary around RM2800. Married my wife while I'm still working at this Korean MNC.

3- Local Cinaman Company, 2018-2018. Role as QC Engineer with starting salary of RM3000 left before confirmation due to toxic management. My wife and I welcomed our first bon son while I am working at this company.

4- Singapore Cinaman Company, 2018-2019. Role as QA Engineer with starting salary of RM3200. Left as I received better offer nearby my hometown at Negeri Sembilan.

5- Japanese MNC, 2019-2022. Role as QA Engineer with starting salary around RM3500. Last drawn salary RM3800.Have to left my job here because I have to take care my late mother as she was seriously sick at that time. During this time I work as a Foodpanda Rider (Bekal) as I need the flexibility even the salary is not sufficient. I used most of my savings just to survive and sadly my mother passed away December 2022. My wife and I welcomed our daughter while I'm working here.

6- Local Cinaman Company, 2023-2023. Role as QC Executive with starting salary around RM4500. Left as i got a job offer nearby my home. I live in Seremban 2, this local cinaman company is at Kampung Pandan KL. Daily travel 140km with my bike from Seremban 2 to KL. Plus this was not a permanent just a contract job.

7- Japanese MNC 2023-2024. Role as Warranty Engineer with starting salary around RM4000. Left this company without my consent due to conflict with the management as I feel the KPI they set to me is impossible to achieve.

8- Local Cinaman Company. 2024-currently working here. Salary around RM4500. This is typical cinaman company that you literally have no work life balance (need to do remote job even after working hour). No other benefit.

Last week I received a job offer from Taiwan MNC with a basic slightly lower than my current company but with a much better package (allowance, epf contribution higher, medical etc etc). Basically I made up my mind and I accepted the job offer as previously they are Japanese MNC but the Taiwanese tycoon bought the majority of the share. Based on my observation they still implement Japanese working culture that I already familiar with.

I know most of you would suggest to learn new skills or maybe get a degree to so that I can demand the salary more with my experience. So I would like to ask serious /k which skills that is currently have the most demand in the market that I can learn and maybe use it so that it can be my side income. So far my wife and me, we didnt have any plan to get another kid plus we are getting old.

After working around 15 years, I am well verse in ISO 9001, IATF16949, 5 core tools of IATF and I have green belt in 6 sigma (which I didnt fully utilize all this while Im working).

Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut (PC)

Inb4 serow.

I just finished the main story line of Ghost of Tsushima last night.

I would say this game have one of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen.
The plot can be improve but I would say I am satisfied gamer.

Being Jin Sakai as you constantly have to battle yourself whether you need to uphold the samurai code or you decide to become a "Ghost" without any honor.

If any of you enjoyed Assassin's Creed, I would recommend this game by Sucker Punch Productions.

9/10 for me. Easily up there alongside Read Dead Redemption 2.

Jin Sakai japanese dub using Kazuya Nakai which also the voice for Zoro from One Piece.

PL Title Race Prediction

Today is Monday and the first day of work after long Hari Raya Holiday.

Since my company server is currently still "on holiday" mode, so I have a bit of free time to do some prediction (i'm not a pro just a fan). My prediction might be wrong though(duh).

Current PL Table look like this for top 3.

Manchester City with 73 points.
Arsenal with 71 points.
Liverpool with 71 points.

My prediction after match day #38 would be :-

Manchester City 91 points
Arsenal 87 points
Liverpool 82 points.

Manchester City will win all the remaining matches and will deny Arsenal any title dream yet again.

Jurgen Klopp will leave Liverpool with only Carabao Cup instead of "treble" with PL and UEFA Cup.

My team Chelsea will end up in UEFA Conference League or UEFA Europa League with 6th to 8th finish (hopefully).

Aku nak tanya, macam mana hangpa semua yang dah berumah tangga mencapai persetujuan nak beraya mana setiap kali beraya. Maksudnya raya pertama.

Di rumah mak pak sendiri atau rumah mentua?

Apa faktor faktor yang di pertimbangkan sebelum buat keputusan nak beraya di mana? atau memang dah "fix" whatever happen kena ikut turn jugak?

Part time (Flash Express)

Salam Ramadan buat warga /k yang beragama Islam dan salam sejahtera kepada semua.

Bagi yang mengenali username aku mesti tahu aku adalah salah seorang resident Foodpanda (Bekal) rider buat /k.

Setahun lebih aku berkhidmat sebagai rider. 6 bulan rider sepenuh masa dan hampir 10 bulan sebagai rider part time.

Bagi mempelbagaikan side income aku, aku try jadi part time posmen dengan menjadi courier (berkereta) untuk Flash Express.

Sabtu lepas first time aku jadi posmen bermula pukul 10 pagi dan tamat pukul 4 petang (sejam rehat untuk solat zohor dan power nap).

Gaji untuk Sabtu lepas adalah RM42 dengan 26 parcel berjaya di hantar kepada customer. Sebab bulan puasa dengan cuaca yang sangat panas aku hanya pilih 30 parcel sahaja.

Mungkin selepas raya akan cuba untuk capai target 80 parcel bermula dari pukul 9 pagi sehingga 5 petang. Anggaran gaji dalam RM100-RM120.

Kesimpulannya, masih tak dapat disimpulkan sama ada part time foodpanda lebih berbaloi atau part time dengan flash express.

Apa pun, orang yang rajin berusaha pasti akan berhasil suatu hari nanti.
