Hello,

My boss office premise license already expired. May I know how's the process to renew the license?

DAY 1 - I went to DBKL2, got the form and filled up. They also gave me a "surat kelulusan" then they ask me to go DBKL3 to submit the surat and others relevant documents.

so I went to DBKL3 to pass the letter but then they ask me to prepare a letter request for "Permohonan surat sokongan untuk memperbaharui lesen premis"

DAY 2 - After prepare the letter and submitted at DBKL3, they ask me to call them back in 2 weeks time to check the status.

Already 1 month + yet I didn't get to contact the person in charge nor any status update!

Is it normally take such long time to proceed? I even tried to apply online but no process.

Kindly advise! TQ!
