Al'right guys, assuming that I have already the starting capital and sufficient enough to start a food business (dessert specifically, similar to Secret Recipe and Baskin Robins), and sustain it for 6 months (if I succeed), SHOULD I DROPOUT OUT OF COLLEGE?

So recently I quit STPM because I was offered a half fee waiver scholarship to do foundation in business leading to accounting & finance in one of the private university in Malaysia. So after paying the first semester fees for business foundation, I was delighted and looking forward for the orientation day in August.

However, as time goes by, I started to think that this is a MISTAKE. It was tantalizing to received a tuition fee waiver to study in one of the best private university, but I started to feel that the reason I accept is because I used this scholarship to avoid STPM.

Just merely 2 weeks in STPM, i felt bored and time wasting. Although I obtained excellent results in my SPM (8As, 1B+ for chemistry), I feel that my niche is not on academic books.

I feel like joining the marine academy, just like my dad and work in a ship. Travel the world, open my eyes, feeling free. TBH, I really like being on the ship, be it aircraft. When I was small, I imagine myself being a soldier *sigh* but as I grow older I found out that Malaysian Armed Forced is like mehhhh *sigh* again.

If I was in USA, I would definitely signed up for the Marine Corps or the Navy a long long time ago. However that's not the case in Malaysia since our armed forced is basically "goyang kaki".

So cut it short, I don't feel that accounting and finace is my niche, and I wanted to join the marine academy but my mom said life working on a ship no use. She also said it is useless and I will regret it later.

P.S I sometimes also thought of joining the PDRM after my degree. I've done my research and found out that I can become an Inspector in PDRM with a degree.
