Asus AC86/88u vs Ubiquiti ERX + Unifi AP

Hi guys.. Im planning to dump my Archer C5 and go for a more stable networking solution (current c5 speed always fluctuate even on LAN when using 50mbps unifi). Initially was thinking of ASUS A88U, but after reading some forums it seems to be having a lot of firmware bugs with wifi connectivity issue. Doesnt look reliable. Have been reading some good reviews on Ubiquiti stuff but required some LAN wiring because of separate wired router and AP.... Whats your advice ?
Hi guys... wanna ask your opiniin which to choose :
A) i5-8250u 256gb ssd 8gb ram
B)i7-8550u 256gb ssd 16gb ram

Price diff between A and B is about rm1k... both so soldered ram ( cant upgrade in the future)

I usually do a lot of web surfing (15-20 tabs) , learning some simple programming and watch a lot of 4k videos...

So is the i7 with 16gb worth the rm 1k upgrade ?
THC Security Door REX 2016 Booking to let go

Hi guys.. I have made a deposit of RM200 during REX 2016 for a THC security door. The Expo price is going at about RM1199 for Mild Steel powder coated. You can choose the design... it also come with an option to upgrade the middle laser cut plate to SS304 for RM 600 and also to add additional 1' height for RM320. I am letting go as I have decided not to do any hacking in my kitchen as I need to move in soon. Anyone interested to take over this expo price do let me know.

Thanks
