In summary, my parent held some stock shares in singapore and their ages are reaching high.

It is possible to transfer the ownership of the shares to me ? if yes, may i know what are the procedure and where to start off.

Dear all sifu...

I just bought a STB unit from other members and when I switch on, the box perform some updates and then
show me a screen asking me to login with password.

I did google, and the username is username@iptv and password I call up TM and they provide me a password ( not a 12 digit alphanumeric stated in their website)

when entered, it say subscriber does not exists. Anyone can advice me.....pls...

Dear all expert.

I have a situation as below :

A Sdn Bhd with initially 6 shareholders

will name it as A,B ,C,D ,E,F

A&B are parent of C & E

D is wife to C and F is wife to E

so now ....F had withdraw itself from this company. and A&B both is no longer in this world (deceased). No wills left behind or company resolution on how A&B share will b distributed.

Now my question is, will the A&B share automatically distributed equally among C & E ?( since no wills) or it will distribute equally among 3 active shareholders? (C,D & E)?

I know later I would need to seek lawyer advice. however ...before I go, I need to have some clearly picture....

dear mod....not sure whether this is a right forum for this post, if not pls move to a suitable forum. TQ in advance.

dear all.....i need to serious advice here..... the issue is as such

1) parent is going for divorce( no u-turn)
2) Parent(He) want to transfer all asset to his children name( all are above 18 yrs old) before the divorce take effect.
3) Parent(He) heard that for eg asset transfer less than 1 year, Parent(Her) can somehow object/retract the transfer of asset. any body can confirm this?

question : assuming the transferring of asset to children already completed last month. does it have any divorce law that allow parent(Her) to object/retract the transfer?

to me, once the asset has completed the transfer process, there is no way to undo. Correct me if i am wrong here.....

Hi all....

I got some question to Capital Repayment. Let say my current monthly instalment is RM1k.
If I pay RM10K as capital Repayment which directly will reduce my borrowed capital and therefore interest will be reduce as well. Question is would my monthly instalment will be reduce as well?

assume this scenario :

semi-flexi loan
current monthly instalment = 1K
Bulk Capital Repaymant = 10K
Would it reduce monthly instalment = ? or still remain 1K?
1 year later I decide to withdraw the 10K for emergency use, what would be the monthly instalment?
