PC hang when gaming

The game is Dota2.
Sometimes I play it smoothly for more than 8 hours with no problem but sometimes when I just play for 1 or 2 games, the game will hang. The game's music can still be heard but the game is frozen, nothing can be done to it even "ctrl+alt+del" and the only way is to shut down my pc and restart.

My fan is always running at 99%. My GPU is HD 6950 and my PSU is 500W. Just clean it 3 months ago, so I think chances of it collecting dust is low (I haven't open it up to check yet)

Sometimes, I did check the temperature when the game is running and the GPU temperature is about 70 deg celcius.

What may be the problem?

Yesterday a friend of mine suddenly told me he get an incurable disease and have to depend and take the medicine until the day he die. He said normal people CDA white cell is about 500 but his is dropping and only around 200+ only from the blood test result. Finally he said he is tested positive for HIV.

He assured me that it will not transmit through saliva or food sharing and only through sex or both our wound contact with each other. He was a womaniser last time 7/8 years ago but he turned over a new leaf already. Maybe he get the HIV during that time but only now he knew about it after he went for blood test when he keep having flu and fever for a long time.

He hoped that I will still be his friend and wont distance myself from him. His 2 years girlfriend already left him upon hearing he is infected (I guess most likely she also infected already).

So, my question is should I distance myself from him to avoid getting infected?

Question on graphic card brand

Im a noob in gpu. Please help me out.

My question is, if i plan to buy a new gpu, say 750 ti, there are a lot of brand out there such as palit, zotax etc. Whats the difference? I can see that it is the same thing, but with different price only.

Also, some comes with single fan and double fan, whats the difference?

Is it better to buy a new gpu or a second hand used unit? The price difference is quite significant.

Dota2 graphics problem

When i started my pc, the fan will be very noisy and always running on 99%.
CPU temperature during gaming is 70 degree celcius++, non gaming is 40 degree celcius++
Graphic card is radeon 6950

Usually i can play for like 4-5 hours and no problem. After that, my dota2 item ingame item will look weird. For example i have a skull basher on my slot, but i see it as a black box only and nothing shown. Haldway through the game it will be like this and i cant move it around my slot inventory. Some item (non upgradeable) like a ring and scroll of town portal, the item image in my inventory slot still looks ok.

What is the problem?

Used to play on windows 8. Now the new pc i bought is windows 10. Is there any problem like more lag than windows8? Or some other problem.

How to check which graphic card is good for gaming

i have two units with me now:

i) Gigabyte-GV-R775OC-1GI

ii) Ati radeon hd6950 1GB DDR5 256bit

So,which one is better to install on my pc?
Or both of them are lousy GPU.
Please help as i have very little knowledge in GPU performance.

Plan to play back CS for fun in steam multiplayer. there are quite a few of the CS,which one should i buy and which one let me play online with other players? Are there free version to download or buying from steam is the only way?

Dota 2 Screen Resolution Problem

It can support up to 1600 x 1040 only. Beyond that resolution 1700x1000 and 1920 x 1080, the graphics looks not so nice. (at 16:9 aspect ratio). But when i play 4:3 the graphics is OK but the screen is not full screen.

Is it because of graphic cards problem?

I'm using Gigabyte HD7750 graphic1gb ram ddr5

I also have a spare GV-N630-2GI.

Does any of those 2 graphics card help to support 1920 x 1080?

Or do i need to get a new one, and which graphics cards can support 1920 x 1080? How about GTX 660 Ti?

Iphone app cannot connect to some app

Last time i can connect the app (online game) with both wifi and 3g.

But now, i cant connect to it anymore with wifi but 3G is still OK.

Whenever i try to login at the main page it will say "connection error" and "network unavailable"

sometimes 'rarely' i can access it via wireless when i try it many times. But once i login, in just a short while it will disconnect and i cant login anymore with wifi.

whats the problem?

i have no problem with other app by playing with wireless.
