Chinese Primary School

Hi, im looking for chinese primary school for my kid who will start STD 1 in year 2018. I'm staying in Cheras bt9.5. I have hesitation of which school to send my kid to. Based on my IC address, i might be getting srk© bt9. But i prefer srk© bt11 which is actually much nearer to my house. Then, other parents of my kid's kindie parents told me the srk© connaught2 at bdr damai perdana is a good school too, but that is little far for us, which i think we have slimmer chance of getting that.

Can other parents who have kids currently studying in any of these 3 schools:
SRK© Bt9
SRK© Bt11
SRK © Connaught 2
to share ur opinions based on the school quality, school environment, the teachers, students progression in studies etc. Or just anything that u wish to discuss.

By the way, i heard that the srk© Sg LONG is opening soon. Anyone know about that?

Lets share our thoughts before we start registering our kids in coming March.

Mosquito Bites

Hi all mummies,
My 4yo daughter prone to get mosquito bites on her legs. I used to wonder why always on legs and not on hands or back. I have been using many type of cream and ointment but seems that none is working well. Currently Im using nutmeg ointment which I see is good for immediate application, that is when the mosquito had just bitten. Can all mummies share what's the best mosquito repellent spray or cream/lotion that is best to rid mosquito bites? TIA.

Primary School

Hi, I wish to enroll my daughter to SRJK Bt11 for 2018 primary 1. Heard that the school is quite alright and most important is the school is quite near my house. I have the following enquiries :

1. If I don't get to go into this school due to overwhelming students intake, what is the alternative school nearby? Is it SRJK Bt9? What is the reputation of that school?

2. My address is actually in between Bt9 and Bt11 (there's no Bt10 anyway...), so what's the chances I could get the SRJK BT11 instead of SRJK BT9?

3. I was told that, for Selangor residents, we can only enrol our kid 1 year before primary 1, unlike 2 years for KL residents. Is that true?

TQVM
Post Partum Abdominal Wrap

Hi all mummies, I'm new to this forum. Wish to get some sharing from other mummies pertaining to the post partum abdominal binder. I'm into my 2nd pregnancy now. So i intended to get one and use it after my c-sect. I still remember during my 1st pregnancy, 2nd day after my c-sect, a nurse came and approached me to sell the binder to me and it costs me RM300. Therefore, this time I wanted to get one for myself first before I go for my c-sect. I believe many of you had been using it before. I notice that some of these abdominal binders come with velcro which is very easy to put on. Some with long stretch of hooks thats do not seem easy to use but it would stay tight after wearing. So can you mummies please give me some tips which one is ideal to use? Well, Im not using the binder with an intention to gain back my pre-pregnancy figure. As i know this binder really helps a lot to support my c-sect cut and make me easier to get down from the bed and while i walk. Great thanks to all lovely mummies
