(include architect fees, drawing, processing fees, etc etc)<br /><br />How long does it take for the permit/license to approve? 3weeks? 6weeks?<br /><br />Submit the drawing in November 2010 but renovation to start next year March 2011, the license/permit still valid?<br /><br />If can, how about the big Tong Sampah?
