Dinner Reception Venue

Hi All,

I'm searching for a venue around Shah Alam, Ampang or PJ area to accommodate around 300 pax for a dinner reception two days after wedding. My budget is below RM3K for the hall only. I do not intend to spend much for this dinner as I will have one dinner at my hometown on the actual wedding day. Please provide your recommendations. Thank you.

My birthday

Hi guys,

My birthday just around the corner and I want to bring my gf out for celebration. We both are working adults and this is the first relationship for both of us. She told me to plan something since I asked her out. She said want to try bubba gump and Korean bbq during our second outing. Now I'm not sure where to bring her between these two restaurants for lunch.

I want to bring her for a movie after lunch. Apart from this I have no idea what to do. Appreciate if you all can give me some ideas on how to make the day more interesting and memorable. Thank you.
THE 6 HUMAN NEEDS: WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
http://training.tonyrobbins.com/the-6-huma...-do-what-we-do/

"Why do human beings do the things they do? How is it that one person will sacrifice his own life for another, while another will murder a stranger for sheer pleasure? What creates a Charles Manson or a Nelson Mandela? What is the force that drives and shapes all of our emotions, actions, qualities of life, and ultimately, our destinies?

While each human being is unique, we also share nervous systems that function in the same way. There are also six fundamental needs that everyone has in common, and all behavior is simply an attempt to meet those six needs.

The Six Human Needs

1. Certainty: assurance you can avoid pain and gain pleasure

2. Uncertainty/Variety: the need for the unknown, change, new stimuli

3. Significance: feeling unique, important, special or needed

4. Connection/Love: a strong feeling of closeness or union with someone or something

5. Growth: an expansion of capacity, capability or understanding

6. Contribution: a sense of service and focus on helping, giving to and supporting others

This drive is encoded in our nervous system.
The means by which people meet these six human needs are unlimited. For example, one of the six human needs is the desire for certainty that we can avoid pain and gain pleasure (i.e. comfort). Some people pursue this need by striving to control all aspects of their lives, while others obtain certainty by giving up control and adopting a philosophy of faith. Variety makes us feel alive and engaged. Then there’s the desire for significance—a belief that one’s life has meaning and importance. Some individuals will pursue this need by competing with others, or by destroying and tearing down those around them. Others may strive to fulfill this need through connection with other human beings.
The force of life is the drive for fulfillment; we all have a need to experience a life of meaning. Fulfillment can only be achieved through a pattern of living in which we focus on two spiritual needs: 1) the need to continuously grow; and 2) the need to contribute beyond ourselves in a meaningful way. All dysfunctional behaviors arise from the inability to consistently meet these needs. When our attempts to reach fulfillment fail, we will settle for comfort—or for meeting our needs on a small scale. Look to replace any dis-empowering ways of meeting your needs with things that empower and support you and others.

Understanding these needs, and which ones you are trying to meet in any given moment, can help you create new patterns that lead to lasting fulfillment."

Why some people?

Hello guys,

I'm currently at overseas for project purpose. The company has provided the accommodation (house) and a car for travel to office. There are 2 other colleagues staying with me in the same house. Albeit the car rental bear by the company we still need to fork out our own money for the petrol. The money can only be claimed when we return to Malaysia and of course we need to justify the claim with the amount of petrol usage to our project management.

The problem is there is one colleague using the car for his own purpose and me and my other colleague did not bother about it at first. The full tank petrol can last for 3 weeks and usually I'm the one who fill up the petrol. Recently I filled up the petrol again and the petrol going to finish soon but its not even a week! Its Christmas week and holiday from last Wednesday. No one in the office as well. This guy was using the car everyday during the holiday period say want to go office. I don't mind all those but today he wanted to go somewhere for shopping thus I told him in a nice way to fill up the petrol.

Then suddenly he become hyper sensitive and want to to settle the petrol money for all this personal usage previously. Didn't even talk to me in person, just via what's app and put the money on the table.

I was wondering did I do anything wrong
