China Visa Application - Singapore PR (Malaysian)

I’m a Singapore PR (Malaysian) who is currently working in Singapore. My family and I will travel to China during the year-end holidays. I will go back to KL to join my family, and we will depart together from KLIA airport.

As this is my first time applying for a China Visa, I have a couple of questions in mind and would like to get some clarifications on the procedures of the application.

1) Can I apply for a China Visa in Malaysia instead of Singapore, just like my family members?

2) What are the required documents that I need to bring to the China Embassy in Malaysia?

3) Will the China Embassy hold my passport while they process the application? If so, for how long?

4) How long does it usually take to process the China Visa application? Does it mean that I won’t be able to return to Singapore for the entire period of time it takes to process the Visa?

My main concern is the flexibility of entry and exit between Singapore and Malaysia. Thanks in advance!

Random window freeze for 5 seconds

Suddenly my speaker will produce a loud buzz and turned off itself. And then my screen will freeze for 5 seconds, mouse cursor can't move. After 5 seconds, I can move the mouse cursor back again and everything goes back to normal. But my speaker is off now. It is like the system can't detect audio input.

I have tried to unplug the speaker wire and plug it back but still can't detect the speaker. My speaker is plugged on motherboard audio input.

I don't know whether is HARDWARE (SPEAKER/SOUNDCARD) or SOFTWARE (TROJAN/VIRUS) which may cause this problem to me. Anyone experienced this situation before can kindly provide a solution for me?

Thank you!
