What is life like to be a programmer?

Hello. So I have been wondering what is it like to be a programmer? How much struggles do you encounter? How do you solve your emotional barriers to stay sane in your work? Do you constantly learning new things while you work as a programmer? Tell me a story about you as a programmer...

I'm asking this because I wanted to make sure to choose what is best for me. I'm a n00b in programming. I'm very curious in hearing your answers!

Philosophy or Psychoclogy

Hey guys. I've been wondering. I was very interested in Philosophy because philosophy needs some pondering and questioning about life but when I look at Psychology, it was an interesting subject too because you have to analyze and know about how a human behaves in a way.

Can you make a comparison between these two subjects with details and summary?

Also, which one of these subjects is the hardest to learn?

Joomla Website problem!

Hi. So, after I learned how to use Joomla, I made dummy articles for the front-end to see how it looks like. It looks like this when i put articles in them!

http://lmnsaujanaimpian.com/index.php/en/products

I've asked help from the Joomla forum, Yahoo answers, and even my own tutor but all of them didn't respond to me!!! How do I solve this problem!!!

Computer Science or Info. Technology?

I wanted to choose the right course for me since I have finished my SPM but the results are not out yet until March. I really need your guys advice and recommendations to help me choose the best one for me. Because next year, the fees of colleges is going to cost much more higher than the previous years and I'm still confused which course should I choose.

I have made two choices that is taking the Computer Science Course or Information Technology. I wanted a comparison between these two with more details as possible, stating pros and cons for both of them. Advices will be much, much more helpful before I start college. Thank you! But if you want to write about Multimedia and Graphics besides the two courses that was stated above, it'll be fine for me.

Edit 9:40 PM 31/12/14 : Okay, sorry. I forgot to inform about more about myself. I am an ICT student. I didn't take Pure Science course or Literature & Arts in school but I did take Visual Arts as my subject.

Questions:

1. If I take computer science, do I have to learn physics like in high school?

2. If I take both course like double-major for both C.S. and I.T., will that be fine or that kind of thing doesn't exist in Malaysia's universities?

3. Is I.T. inferior to C.S. ? Can you learn Info. Tech. on your own without relying on college's lessons?

4. Do you have to learn as much coding and programming as needed?

5. Is computer science course frustrating and hard? Do you have free time to do other things?

Also, other question besides choosing which course is the best (you can ignore this if you want but the main question must be answered), is what is the statistics for the number of programmers, computer scientists, software engineers and other careers that was related to IT compared to other common careers like doctors, engineers, scientists and others?
