Hi Sifus,

Anyone of you had experience living in an area where there are a lot of expats living?

My wife and I went to the Goodwood Residence sales gallery recently.

She likes it very much.

We intend to buy for own stay.

I saw quite a number of koreans in the sales gallery enquiring. The sales person attended to me told me they have a lot of foreigner buyers - korean, UK, Australia, India etc..

From your experiences, are there any pros and cons living in an area with a lot of expats?
