Hi Hotlink team!
I am a foreigner and currently I am in my country Pakistan. I have inserted my sim after long time and I could not remember the Sim lock pin code so after 3 attempts my sim lock is asking for the PUK Code. Please help me to get me my sim PUK code.
My Maxis Hotlink no. is 0137313913.

Sim Damaged at overseas

Dear Hotlink Team!

Greetings of the day to all of you!

My matter is very urgent as I have unintentionally damaged my sim at overseas, specifically at Pakistan. My hotlink no. 013-7313913 has been registered with my banks in Malaysia, and at the moment I am badly stuck to do any online transaction through online banking. In order to do an online banking transaction I need a confirmation SMS on my only registered Hotlink no. with my banks, which I am not able to receive due to sim damaged.
I have attached a picture of the damaged sim please review it.

Is it possible for Maxis Hotlink to courier me the newly issued (duplicate sim) sim at my home country, because at the moment it is not possible for me to come to Malaysia for this purpose only. I am doing business in Malaysia and at the moment I am on a long stay at my country Pakistan especially during the holy month of Ramdan Kareem.

Please address my matter on the urgent basis as soon as possible.
