The 2nd hand car interest rate has been pretty erratic recently.. Anyone know what is the lowest interest rate in the market now for a 10yr old 2nd hand car(ie.4x4) and which bank offer the lowest?

3rd Party Car Insurance Renewal

I'm about to renew my 3rd party insurance for my 20yr old car but was told I need to go Puspakom to do some inspection first. After getting the results, then go to pos office and get it renewed.

Apparently, all cars above 15yrs old have to go through this procedure. Prior to this, I went to few insurance company to get cover note but they said only can renew from pos office as they dont have access to the system online to get 3rd party insurance renewal anymore.

Has anyone here gone through is issue? Is there any other way other than going through Puspokom?

I've shortlisted the LG GW525 as I need an inexpensive 3G phone to connect to my laptop largely for email and occasional internet browsing purposes. Just need some opinions from you guys who had owned this phone if you're satisfied with it. can it sync with Outlook? How's the performance of the push mail?
